The manager, Heather, is horrible at customer service. Christmas day they were packed and I did a mobile order. Sitting at the drive through speaker while waiting patiently for them to be ready to take my order, my daughter kept complaining about having to use the restroom. I told her to relax it's christmas they probably have one person on staff (this location is always short staffed, typically 2 employees every time i go which is often because my parents live next door) Heather then decided to take over the speaker from the original gentleman who said he'd be right with us, and stated in a very cocky attitude stating "our lobby is full we have a line full of people have patience." i just said ok and pulled up to the window after telling them my mobile order name. I asked the gentleman at the window if the woman who spoke over the speaker happened to be a manager or something with the way she felt she could speak to me, he said yes, heather. I asked for her to come to the window in which she did and asked her why all the attitude which her response was "you sounded very angry and impatient" (mind you, i was speaking to my antsy 10 year old NOT the speaker) i told her that i couldn't believe a manager would speak to a customer like that and she needs additional training, she said "ITS CHRISTMAS!" and rolled her eyes and walked away. I will be calling corporate as my 10 year old assumed this was all because of HER. Way...
Read moreI was going for a hair appointment next door to Dunkin. I decided I wanted a beverage and stopped in. Honestly, I generally have low expectations in any D.D. anymore, so was just hoping to get "in and out". I walked in and THAT was the moment that I was caught totally off guard. I was greeted by Sara who began to start up a general conversation with me. She was pleasant and thoughtful in her words and was a "breath of fresh air" that you don't normally find in most businesses these days. We chatted for maybe 3 or 4 minutes before we got to my order. I asked her about the hot chocolate and she told me that she could make it with milk though normally it is made with water......said it would be so much better and richer. I took her up on her offer. She continued to chat with me as she prepared my order which I also bought 3 donuts. She tells me she has been with D.D. for 2 years. I really hope that the management of this company know what they have in Sara. She is definitely a leader and is an asset to D.D. Believe me, if I had an opening in my company, I would offer her a...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. Waited in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes. People behind were honking and the line went out 10 people- we asked if anyone was there 2 times and each time the employee got extremely snippy and told us that she “had to clear the lobby”. Got through 2 things in order then employee named Emma started laughing and said that we would have to come inside and place such a large order. We replied that we had waited for over 15 minutes and would like to continue placing our order. Emma laughed again and rudely stated, “well you’ll be waiting for another 20 minutes for all this food”. I asked for the individuals name and she said Emma and then Jake chimed in. I get that they are busy; however, if they are getting paid $15+ an hour as evidence by the sign posted on their drive thru that I was coerced to stare at for 20 minutes- I suggest a simple communications or customer service class for both Emma and Jake. I am highly disappointed as this is not the only bad encounter with this Dunkin’ location but it will...
