Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in North Ridgeville

I walked in to an empty restaurant with one person working the counter. Checking my phone for the order fromt the shut in I was picking up dinner for. The the server never let me finish my first sentence before starting to heap rice into the bowl. When I stopped her to correct the amount, her arleady put upon attitude became frustrated. I finished the first request and ordered for my self which required that she go to the grill for sofritas which the make was out of. She finished the order with a stony face and continued to avoid any kind of eye contact. I left with my order wondering who trained this person in customer service. Stale chips, wilted lettuce, double chicken is a joke. First pick up for salad, basically no salad whatsoever. 2nd time ordered double chicken, that was a less than single chicken I believe. Last time I went through the pick up lane, no silverware (understandable) but the chips and queso was bad, the chips were inedible. Not sure what happened to this place but it is not good. If I could leave this without giving them stars. I would. I have Celiacs Disease and was treated like I was dirt. The girl who waited on me , kept saying what, what,. I explained myself clearly , twice. When I looked up the entire staff was staring at me. Not one person offered to help me or said it wouldn't be a problem. All I asked was to use clean utensils so I wouldn't have a problem with cross contamination. I left in tears without buying anything.
