I was driving my Iguana, Crust, to a playdate, and saw this strange little toy building someone left in a parking lot. I went to take a peak and saw there were people trapped inside, brewing drinks. I asked if they needed help but they asked how they could help me. I know I'm far beyond the help of these poor coffee slaves, but I saw a picture of a bagel with eggs shoved inside and said I would try one of those. They offered me a $12 cup of coffee to go with it, but my pot at home is still half full from Wednesday, so I only got the bagel. It was quite good, soft, warm, breakfast and a sandwich all at once. I also got a pumpkin spice muffin for Crust, he gets hungry on car rides and I forgot to bring his bag of twizzlers. As I prepared to pull away I was struck with sadness, seeing these poor teens trapped with not so much as a toilet inside their facsimile of a building. I gave them a tip and said I would let the police know what happened to them.

If the coffee was $3, it might be worth 4 stars just for being cheap. We got two featured coffees for March. A frozen Lucky Charm and a hot Irish Bog. Both tasted like burnt, cheap coffee, and syrup. The flavoring in the coffee wasn't bad, but the coffee flavor was terrible. They are way overpriced for how cheap and crappy the coffee is. If they want to charge Starbucks prices they should really raise the bar and try to be at least better than McDonald's. We also got Asiago Bagles which were pretty ok. Average store bought bagel. Wow! I am honestly just blown away by BIGGBY COFFEE. I’ve been there 15-20 times and have NEVER been disappointed, they have definitely figured it out. This North Ridgeville location is just amazing! ALL the staff rocks, coffee(s) lattes are among the best and I just tried a Bragel sandwich… AWESOME! I AM NOT the biggest fan of any type of chain stores but this one gets my vote. So to my fellow Ridgeville neighbors, let’s support BIGGBY and try to scooter that other big...
