Fuji San — Restaurant in North Ridgeville

Our takeout order was phenomenal. The poke bowl was so flavorful and contained plenty of food. The rice was cooked perfectly and the topping combination was delicious. The salmon tasted very fresh and nearly melted in my mouth. It’s the best poke bowl that I’ve ever tried. The hibachi meal was equally delicious and well worth the money. The amount of food included in the hibachi meal was perfect for two people to split. Our spring rolls were also quite tasty and came with a unique sauce that worked really well with the rolls. We could tell that our food was fresh and packaged with care. Our cold food stayed cold while our hot food stayed hot despite the ten minute drive home. We will definitely be back...

I was hesitant to try this place (hard to imagine a high quality sushi restaurant in North Ridgeville), but I'm so glad I did. We got the chicken and steak hibachi and the portion size was enormous. Enough for two, plus two servings of leftovers afterward. The yum yum sauce is dangerously good. I did find the meat to be heavily peppered, but it wasn't detrimental to the flavor, at least for me. The jalapeno bombs were a delight, and the spring rolls were still hot and crispy by the time we got them home. All in all I was impressed. I didn't actually try sushi this time, but I'm looking forward to trying that in the future....

This place is SO GOOD. We were so excited to try something different for once since all Ridgeville has is mexican & fast food and this place was so good that we got it twice in one week! Great prices for the amount of food they give you, the meat quality is really good, and literally everything we tried was excellent.
