Lovely experience Clean eating!! I’m excited to return and try more!

Today was my first time visiting smoothie king! I was on the search to find a clean eating option this morning. Manager Nick was very friendly and knowledgeable about all of their amazing smoothie options. He offered and took the time to explain the menu to me and highlight fan favorites, and variety. There truly is something there for many appetites and diet restrictions. They offer vegan and diabetic options too. In addition there are choices for Keto , zero added sugar and high protein.

This smoothie bar was very clean. Everything has a place and was well maintained. The protein section of the smoothie bar was also very impressive. So much flavor and variety. A great change from the store option of vanilla and chocolate that I am used to haha The atmosphere is very welcoming. And the service is top tier.

Nick mentioned that they will begin doing break- fast soon. I’m excited to see the options if they will offer.

After exploring the menu I decided to have the Apple kale and spinach smoothie and also ordered the Pb swizzle smoothie bowl. Both are amazing guilt free healthy eating. I never knew I would enjoy strawberries, blueberries, and peanut butter together. I’ve discovered a new fav!! Portion sizes are plentiful and I was able to share with my mom.

I came to get smoothies with my family last night 1/30/24. I did arrive pretty close to closing which I very much understand can be frustrating for the employees. It was a very hard night for my family and we needed a little pick me up and didn’t realize how late it was. I was going to explain the situation and tip them extra for this reason but the two young girls who were there decided to be extremely unprofessional about the time we came in. We looked at the menu for about 2 minutes as they laughed and talked about us right in front of us. We ordered and got our smoothies and we’re leaving, my little sister’s foot wasn’t even out of the door before they turned the lights off. I parked right in front and they were already locking the door while staring at us before I got to my car door. I will never be returning for how hostile and unprofessional these ladies decided to act when we were already upset. I’m genuinely shocked on how they would treat people no matter the time. I believe it’s valid to be upset while still being professional as an employee but these ladies were not nice or professional one bit. I hope to hear back from smoothie king about this...

Stopped in to get a smoothie for my sick kid - who wanted a custom order. The gentleman who helped me (and carried himself in a way that makes me suspect he's the franchise owner, or at least a manager) was super friendly, and didn't just answer my questions and push buttons - but seemed genuinely interested in his customers.

While I was waiting for the smoothies to be blended, another customer came in, and the gentleman who helped me was super personalble to them as well, not just in the "I get paid to smile" way we all are accustomed to (and retail staff are often underpaid for) - but he truly just seemed like a genuinely nice gentleman.

Smoothies are smoothies, and these really are delicious, but that level of personal investment in one's customers is exactly the sort of thing that makes one store worth visiting over another.

In short - if you want a smoothie, absolutely stop in to this Smoothie...
