Mrs. Scott's Sweets — Restaurant in North Ridgeville

I pre ordered a fourth of July cake from Mrs. Scott's Sweets as a first time customer. I have to admit many new bakeries pop up all of the time so I was curious about yet another one. I arrived early and was greeted by a super friendly gentleman and two other ladies behind the counter. I immediately was like wow this was a nice welcome especially it being my first time here. Like they say first impression is everything!! I decided while I was already at the bakery picking up my cake I'll grab some doughnuts. The doughnuts were the best ever and you get what you pay for! The cake I couldn't wait to eat , but of course had wait until the fourth of July to eat it as it stared at me every time I looked into my fridge. 😂 Finally cake day arrived and it was worth the agonizing wait. The cake was not only gorgeous, but was moist and delicious. I highly recommend coming here and will continue to do so. Never let it be said that the world needs less donut shops. So the inverse to that statement is “thank goodness for the new donut shop in North Ridgeville Ohio”. @mrsscottssweetsllc behind Get Go next to All Fired Up on Center Ridge Road is it just the right donut shop we need right now. They had me at fruity pebbles and kept me with Twix,Oreos, s’more‘s and all the other great concoctions they had that they call donuts. I was so excited I bought three dozen; one for my neighbors, one for the neighbor kids that were waking up from a sleepover and one for our household. My wife had the fruity pebbles and I had the chocolate with Reesie‘s cup and peanut butter. Both were #delicious , both were cake donuts and I even went back for seconds. Imagine this, it's January 2022 and the snowcalypse is upon us. After hours of shoveling snow, I enter the home and it dawns on me that a bacon maple donut is necessary for me and my family's survival. I make the call and I am informed donuts are available and they are awaiting my arrival, even with an hour before closing. We make our trek through the snow-covered streets and as soon as we enter, we are greeted with a smile (even with a mask on). Lo and behold, 6 glorious bacon maple donuts make their way into the box, along with 7 others, and a cake... The two young ladies working this day went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of as they determined my excitement for the bacon maple donuts was uncontainable, not even a snowstorm would get in my way. Yes, the bakery is amazingly fresh and full of deliciousness beyond any normal human comprehension but the service... hands down...
