Cleats is not what it used to be. I remember coming here years ago and their food was pretty good, definitely above average. My wife and I have been here two separate times in the last 2 months since we moved closer. The first time we didn't have a good experience, but figured we give it another try. Both times we went, the food was not good and extremely overpriced. The waitresses were not friendly.

Do NOT get the WINGS! We went for the wings because they used to be good and everyone always raves about them. They also used to be A LOT bigger than the last two times we went. We asked for extra crispy both times and they were far from it. The sauces were not good and could tell they were from some bottle that had probably been sitting in the kitchen for months. They were also pretty small and cost $16.50 for a dozen!!! Almost $1.50 a wing and they were bad... On the website it said they were $10.99.. We also got fries that were average, nothing special. And, the pretzels with cheese which was pretty good, but just the basic box of frozen pretzels that you can get from any store and then deep fried.

The waitress, did not tell us anything about the specials for the day which was half off pizzas, which we might have gotten if we had known. It didn't say anything about the specials on the menu. The only reason we found out was because it said it on the receipt when we went to pay. Beers were also a little expensive and there weren't many options for craft beers.

Overall, we will not be back. We gave it a couple chances and were extremely let down both times. Don't waste your money going here when there are plenty of better and cheaper...

If I could give Cleats 0 stars, I would especially after the way I was just treated, which is disappointing considering I’ve been going to cleats for 3+ years. As someone with a food allergy (to dairy), it is extremely difficult to eat there. I go with friends to play trivia, Evey person, including my husband will order food and drinks and I will order a drink to be a paying customer. After numerous attempts, working with the servers and the staff, it became clear that eating there was not an option. In true honesty, I could order a plain burger with no bun (bun has dairy) but I was expected to pay full price, even worth an explanation that I had a food allergy. For the last 6 months, I have been bringing my own food in, so I can eat (since I come right from work) and attend trivia. Nothing was ever said, the servers understood, no one said anything to me. Tonight, I was told that I either had to remove my food so I could stay or leave. I explained my situation, I explained I would be willing to talk to the owner, I explained that I couldn’t eat anything on the menu without eliminating items and still having to pay full price, I explained that I’ve been a customer for 3+ years, but none of my explanations made a difference. I have no choice that I can’t eat dairy, and I tried to work with them. I’m very dissappointed in Cleats, the management there, and how they treat their customers. I will not be returning, and I hope this post persuades you to not eat or provide business to...

Pretty good place to grab a bite to eat or drink at the bar while watching a game with friends and family. Well family over 13 yrs old, in my opinion it's not really an environment for kids, but I'm sure some would argue me on the issue.

Interior is great, with your typical sports bar decorations, plenty of seating, and I'd be impressed if you could find a seat in the place where you do not have a good view of a television! There are tons of TV's and you will not miss the Indians hitting a home run while eating!!

They have some great cooks there, and the food is darn good, really good! However, if you have some clogged arteries and\or some heart issues, shoot for something of the lighter fare on the menu, it can get pretty greasy yet soo delicious lol!

Ive been there a handful of times and the place can get pretty busy. A couple of times the service was not the greatest, which is what is preventing the 5 stars.

Would def recommend to friends and family for a bite to eat or a place to catch a sporting event.

Good job Cleats, keep up the good...

I've been here before and the place is good and all. But got there tonight, as their website (both on my phone and the computer) says half price wings on Tuesday and Wednesday. It it literally what brought us there, was Tuesday wing night. We went to order wings and it turns out wing night is not on Tuesday anymore. Which would've been fine, I showed the bartender the website on my phone, and she showed the manager. The manager didn't even walk over to say sorry, no wing night, she was standing over in the corner. (The bartender was very nice and apologetic about it) If she had come over and said something, we probably would've just ordered food there. We ended up ordering food while sitting at the bar and left. Not to mention a bottle of Rolling Rock is $3.75!!! (A 12 pack is only $9) There's a lot of competition in wings and bars, and Cleats failed to compete tonight.

1st time here at Cleats. I stop in for dinner with my wife, brother-in-law and sister-in-law, on Friday around 4pm. We seated ourselves. It's a nice medium size sports bar. We chose to sit inside rather than outside. However, I did feel it was a bit dark inside. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Friday's special was an all you can eat fish dinner. It was very good but there were no lemon slices for the fish. The other three had the chicken tenders. It was a little strange to me that you have to pay extra for dipping sauce (plus the waitress never told us about this charge). That being said, the food was delicious 😋 we topped off the dinner with a blood orange IPA
