Bethel Bakery — Restaurant in North Strabane Township

I cannot praise Bethel Bakery enough! I arrived to pick up my cake, only to realize I had accidentally ordered it for the Bethel Park location instead of Canonsburg. With my packed schedule, I simply didn’t have the time or resources to add an extra hour of travel—and I really needed this cake for work. Overwhelmed and frustrated by my own mistake, I found myself tearful at the counter.

The staff, however, were incredibly kind and understanding. Without hesitation, they checked to see if the Bethel Park location could deliver the cake to Canonsburg. I knew this might not always be possible, but when they returned to tell me it could be done—and within the hour—I was absolutely amazed. They could have easily told me it was my error and left it at that, but instead, they went above and beyond to help.

I can't say enough good things about this cake. It is ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! It is better than I even dreamed of and totally made my husband's 50th birthday!! I almost screamed in the bakery when I initially saw it because I was so excited!! The attention to detail was perfect. The decorator is super talented. The person who talked to me about the custom decorations was really nice and was really open to my thoughts.
