placed an order on the app at 8:55p, checked into stall 1 at 9:05. Screen said order was in the kitchen. After 10 minutes, no one brought our blasts or acknowledged us. We pushed the button and a voice came over that said "open for drive through only" we said we are there for app pick up. Still no acknowledgement. Pushed button again, "open for drive through only" Again tried telling them we are there for app. No acknowledgement. Drive to speaker, "we will be with you in a moment. No, it is going on 15 minutes from check in to this point, not waiting. Pulled to the window. No acknowledgment. Girls went to register took money out and walked away from the window. I had to get out of the car and go to the employee door and pound on it to get someone's attention. They ignored me when pounding on the door, tried hiding behind equipment. Male employee finally came ot the door and asked me what he could do. Told him i placed order on the app. checked in 15 minutes ago and no-one is getting my food. Employees were still trying to ignore us. Finally get Michelle who comes to the window and starts complaining about being the only person there (2 other people standing behind her), having money issues and a bunch of stuff that is no concern to me as a paying customer. What should have happened when we checked in was someone come across the speaker and say "can you please pull to the window" instead of making us sit there for 15 minutes, not properly communicating with us and treating us very poorly.    Read moreMy experiences here have usually been fine, but as of recent, the service here has been pitiful. The second most recent time we came here, we ordered four blasts through the app, and scheduled it for pickup around 20 mins later. I arrived at one of the stall at pickup time and checked in just fine, but it took the staff an additional 20-25 mins before they finally came out with my order. On top of this, the order was wrong! So they had to go back to correct the order, which took another 5-10 mins, before they eventually came out with what appeared to be the correct order. However, when we got home, we discovered that although the flavors looked correct on the top, underneath the surface two of the blasts were different flavors than we ordered! All of this and no attempt by the location to compensate me for my order or the time I spent waiting. On my most recent visit, we ordered 3 ice cream cones. However, the guy who served them to us was not wearing gloves to handle the food, and his hands appeared to be quite red around his fingers. Additionally, one of the cones did not look presentable at all (see picture), yet he still served it to us even though he could clearly see it was not and even commented "This looks sad". Overall, the service at this location has been terrible as of recent, and something needs to be done...

We arrived at 6:28 and per the online instructions, pulled up to a stall and pressed the red button. After 10 minutes went by and we watched another vehicle drive away without ordering we pressed the button again. At the 20 minute mark we realized the button was no longer engaged and the screen said to press it for service. We pulled to the drive through window where we heard the workers carrying on, talking and screaming, and watched them actively avoid coming to the window. Once someone finally came, they handed us our order and said âit was never checked in.â We told them we had waited at the stall for over 20 minutes and they had no comment or apology.
