Went in Saturday morning to get a bagel. We asked the employee who was taking our order if we could have the bagel cut in half and only put cream cheese on one half. We would take the other half with no cream cheese home to eat later. Just give us a cream cheese packet to go on the bagels we were taking home. Apparently this order was very confusing because we had to keep saying it over and over. First employee taking our complicated order gave up and had another employee take over this complicated order. Explained to this employee we wanted 2 bagels. Cut in half toasted cream cheese on one side. The other side of bagel don’t put anything on. Just put in bag with extra cream cheese in a to go container. The second employee had us repeat our order again. Said she understood. Came out and gave us our bag of bagels. Both bagels toasted and cream cheese on the whole bagel. Plus charge for extra cream cheese. Bagel was cut in quarters with cream cheese on entire bagel. Still scratching our heads on this one. Read moreWe were very disappointed when we went. We stopped to get crepes but was told by the staff they don't serve them and have no idea why they are listed on the sign infront of the building. So we ordered a croissant egg and cheese and a sourdough panini corned beef and cheese. The menu says it's $12 but rings up $14. When I asked the girl she said that's what it is $14, I brushed it off. She asked if I wanted any additional toppings, where I asked if it has sauerkraut I don't need anymore. I just received a smile and she walked away. What I got was the saddest driest sandwich that is not sourdough and no kraut to be found. I can't even say it was a panini. If I go back it's to just try the bagels, but the whole time we were there people were just getting their coffee so maybe I should stick with the other bagel shop...
Read more5 July 2025 I went in with my husband. Ordered two sandwiches and some pastries. Several customers came in after us, ordered, received their food and left. After waiting 30 minutes I asked about our food. The girl checks and says that the order did not print to the back. She had actually made a mistake and cancelled our order, but didn’t own it. All of this is fine minus the lack of customer service. I have worked customer service for many years. Apologize like you care, we left a very nice tip for to go food. Be honest about your mistake, don’t lie. Offer to comp the food, so we can decline and be wowed by the customer service. Don’t let us leave feeling annoyed.
