Red Pepper — Restaurant in North Topsail Beach

I have been an excellent customer for six years (here in Sneads Ferry we don't have real choices), & tonight an item was missing from my order. I called to get credit on my credit card, as it was too far to drive again to pick up one item. However, I was refused a credit on my card. Everyone makes mistakes, but refusing credit for a missing item is not a good idea. To be fair, after talking to 2 different people, & repeating my story to folks who had a difficult time understanding me, I was offered credit on my next order. I did not want to do that because I don't want to have to remember to ask for the credit, & I don't want to have to tell my story again & again in an attempt to get a sometime-in-the-future...

My family and I have enjoyed the take-out cuisine of Red Pepper in Sneads Ferry, NC (near North Topsail Beach and Camp Lejeune) for several years, The owners and staff have ALWAYS been extremely pleasant and thoughtful. The professionalism shows with each and every order to the point they often know the "special" changes we often make from the "normal" order.

I would GLADLY recommend this restaurant to anyone desiring a great take-out Chinese meal at a very fair price that will be on time...

I usually dont do this but this food was so bad i had too.... Got 2 orders of general tso ROCKS... Apologies for the google name ..my daughter likes to hijack my accounts... Im not from here im from the Raleigh area and i have yet to have bad Chinese Food i have had so so.. good.. great ... But nothing i would call bad until today... I feel like i paid for garbage that has set out for a long time. If this is the best Chinese restaurant in this area i will stick to...
