Absolutely the worst customer service ever!!!!! Would give zero stars if I could. Got my order wrong. I called and was told would be thirty five minutes and it was actually was over an hour for pick up. So my husband waited an extra 30 minutes to get it when he got there. I very carefully and specifically Ordered gluten free pizza and When he got home with it I realized it was regular pizza, which would make me sick if I ate it AND IT WAS COLD. My husbands fries were soggy so I think our order sat there for a while because they are so disorganized. I tried to call to get a new pizza delivered and I got put on hold and hung up on three times. So I drove back up there ( and the place was a mess and there were several girls standing around doing nothing) and I walk in with a pizza in my hand and was ignored and got the āIāll be right with youā speech for a few more minutes and then when I asked to speak to the owner ( who was literally standing maybe 10 feet from me making pizza) I was told by the young girl that the owner was too busy to talk to me. The staff is very young and not very smart and VERY RUDE AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS. Went down the street to dominos , which was also very busy but clean and organized, and got a perfect gluten free pizza in 10 minutes. The owner needs to be managing the business, not making the pizza. Wow is all...
Ā Ā Ā Read more9 years we have been on a quest to find the best Pizza place that Topsail has to offer and it was just off the Island! Baked was absolutely fantastic and super fresh. We ended up going back a second time in the same day. Ricotta pizza, split Napoleon and Margarita, split Philly and chicken parm. Italian hero, caprese Salad. All were great with quality ingredients. The desserts pictured are their tiramisu pie and lemoncello marscapone pie. Both were absolutely beautiful! Iām giving the wings itās own paragraph here. Pictured are the āknotty gringoā sauced. I havenāt had wings this good since I lived in Buffalo. Iām by no means an expert, I just love good food! The sauce was a flavor flashback to my childhood, perfect amount of sweet and heat. Finally a place that tosses and sauces right! If you live near Baked, Iām jealous. We have to wait until October to have them again.
UPDATE: Itās a year later and here we are again! Baked has upheld my previous review. This update is dedicated to their tenders. Get. Them. Sauced! For 20 years I have been trying to explain to my husband what a tossed/sauced tender is. Fresh out of the fryer tossed with your sauce it keeps cooking, the sauce soaks in. Itās a thing of beauty. Baked has done it. They have brought you Buffalo NY at its finest. Thank you for adding to a...

The pizza, this may or may not be overlooked anyway because many people don't like pineapple on pizza, but I thoroughly enjoy a good Hawaiian. What any pizza place should never do, however, is put black olives on a Hawaiian pizza. I know Wade Wilson may have said it's his favorite pizza in Deadpool, but it's actually awful in practice. The black olives "metal" taste with the pineapple, which was also devoid of flavor (this can happen if using pineapple kept in it's own juice vice kept in syrup), paired with the red sauce which was also incredibly bland was not worth the price point. Despite the black seasoning all over the chicken of the Chicken Alfredo, the chicken tasted unseasoned and plain and the penne was also plain without sauce coating any of it. The Baked Ravioli tasted exactly like Chef Boyardee's Beef Ravioli. So if you're a fan of that...you'll love it. The Mozzarella sticks were great and crispy and melty on the inside, but the marinara sauce to dip them in was again incredibly plain and just tasted like pureed tomatoes. The desserts were decent enough, but tasted like very processed freezer aisle type desserts. Spent ~$80 here to really give everything a try, but won't be ordering...
