I was met by Jimmy who was extremely patient with me, showed me what I needed, how to change my coil, and even did it for me. He got me set up with some new juices to try (I’m very picky) and new coils I needed. The prices are higher than anywhere else here, but the quality and customer service is too. It was too big to use on the cones and the magnet connectors will pop apart while using causing your herb to spill out everywhere just terrible. on top of that they would let me return it even though it's only been 12 hours and I cleaned it thoroughly with alcohol. the lady was so proud of her sale she sent out a mass text bragging about how she sold the roll bot yesterday and had the nerve to tell the clerk that was working this morning to not allow the return.
