Ok yes it's time for the 6-month update. They haven't got any better. Went there this evening expecting a good time good food. Expectations were not met the sandwich was okay. The fries were cold. There were no napkins with our order. I'm really not sure why this particular Arby's can't get it fixed. As you read the rest of my reviews you'll realize that this has been ongoing for 3 years and 6 months. I'm sure they've changed managers two or three times. But I think the issue is systemic. I sat and listened to some good preaching and I just was feeling good. Then I got to your stinking drive-thru. You have a cup for me to put my money in so I did that. I ordered it to mocha shake. I got a form of chocolate milk. And no straw. So after retrieving my money from the cup. There was no straw so I parked and went in the lid to the jamocha shake machine was laying on the counter. Two team members were there one was at the other counter I don't know what she was doing. And then the other one was just kind of looking at the map. Neither one of them said anything to me I got a strong left. It'll probably be 6 years till I come back to this one. Oh and there's no need to acknowledge that you read this thanks. It makes you even look more stupid.
Original review 3 years ago.They could improve their drive-thru situation. Very often it's a long wait. And they can only do one car at a time because of their delivery system to the drive-thru. Foods always good at this one. Can't really read the service because all they do is ask your order.

Read moreI pulled in here and went through the drive-thru to place my order. I told the employee on the speaker to give me a moment. She basically rushed me about 20 seconds after that. She did again about another 45 seconds after that. I guess it’s not normal to her that someone doesn’t know what they want exactly as they pull to the speaker. They might as well take down the menu and rehearse to me the menu next time. She had a bad attitude and almost made me want to drive away and forget about even ordering anything. I decided to shrug it off and proceed to order. I ordered a Roast Beef Classic Meal (Large) and a Side Salad With Honey Mustard Dressing.
I pulled forward the delivery elevator let’s call it. I placed the debit card in a cup and it was sent vertically similar to a bank. She did not ask if I wanted sauce. She did not tell me thank you. She just sent the food down. The customer service here is just plain old bad!
The Roast Beef Classic was good, but it didn’t have too much meat between the bread. The Large Curly Fries were not filled up all the way. They were great, but I feel ripped off. It was basically a Small in a Large container. The Side Salad was really good, especially with the Honey Mustard dressing.
Overall, the food was all good, just the portions were more on the scam side of the spectrum. The service was obviously trash, but that’s obvious if you’ve read this far. I would like to try more of the menu, so maybe a different shift would be a...
Read moreOrdered a chicken pecan salad on a pita through the drive through window which took 15 minutes with 2 people in front of me. After working 12 hours I took my sandwich home to find it was on bread. I pulled off the top piece of bread and in the center there was a thin three inch blob of chicken salad that didn't think even extend to the edges of the bread. These sandwiches are usually very generous. I called the store and the manager said he was sorry for the problem and I could drive back and get another sandwich. He also told me the day shift measures out the portions and that the error was not them. I guess no one cares when they are putting the sandwich together that you are selling bread with a flavor of chicken salad for 5.39$. He also told me sometimes the portions can be a little less than normal. So I am supposed to drive back there after working all day and wait another 15 minutes and use for gas for their errors. I requested he mail me a coupon and he refuses. I hear McDonald's does that. That was my last stop...
