I ordered what was supposed to be Vegetarian Chicken Cheese Steak. I received whatever the employee made. Which looked more like the impossible chz steak. I specially requested the vegetarian chicken cheese sandwich because I’d had it before. They tell me I couldn’t get a refund because nothing was wrong with the sandwich yet the entire sandwich was made wrong. The manager was very unkind and not understanding nor being reasonable with a solution. She immediately wanted to argue with me that despite the obvious sloppily made sandwich they don’t give refunds. I demanded my refund even after the employee stood right in front of me with his bare hands taking apart and touching items in the sandwich and still asserting no refund because nothings wrong with the sandwich. I came to realize after getting my refund and leaving So glad I kept the receipt not only had the employee rung up my order as the wrong item but he knew he did and the manager backed him up 100% instead of checking behind her employee. It was a very unpleasant experience and I never plan to visit the establishment again. I am very disappointed as I was very clear with the manager about what I ordered and having ordered it before. They tried taking advantage of my minor daughter who initially placed the order too. When the employee realized I came in to get my money back he tried making every excuse in the book instead of admitting he entered the wrong order. I will be my experience as well as reporting the policies of this establishment to the BBB and CFPB as it’s unacceptable to think it’s okay to not give a refund for an inedible product after a mistake. To top matters off I’ve been vegetarian almost my whole life the sandwich they gave me had impossible meat that had clearly been cooked with and mixed in the same remnants of actual meat steak and or chicken. Unclean grill or whatever they are using. Not only could I smell it but there was clearly actual steak and chicken meat remnants in the sandwich that could’ve easily led to myself and my unborn child being very sick. Noticing a trend with there being lots of black women complaining about the service. And they take forever to make your food almost 35 mins. For a wrong sandwich. Manager is trash breathing and what’s wrong with the world today. Also pay attention the owner seems to only reply to good reviews so clearly this place has zero...

Just pulled around to drive thru window literally waited there for 5 minutes someone actually came up to window in the first minute and walked away. Total of 4 people in the kitchen 3 were sweeping, one was very slowly making a sandwich the restuarant had 2 people that were alr6waiting inside. After waiting at window and being ignored my wife went inside while I stayed with our 9 month old who was in the back seat. My wife entered and also the same short female employee who looked at us at drive thru window looked at my wife went in the back for a few minutes and then came back and said "what can I get for you" while 2 other female employees continued sweeping and the gentleman was still making that same sandwich. My wife ordered a chicken noodle soup for our 9 month old and asked of they had a ham and cheese sub to which employee responded "no" my wife said ok and requested their "famous" turkey sandwich to which the employee stated they didn't have anymore. In the end my wife ordered a bowl of soup, Italian sub, and large dr pepper... so number 1 the Dr pepper was watered down as much as humanly possible, the soup had barely any noodles or chicken just broth and was ice cold not to mention it took the employee more time to put the soup then the other employee to make the sandwich to which my wife pointed out she could have been looking for something other than broth 🤷‍♂️. We did call to let them know around 8:45 no answer. Cold soup broth was $5.00, half of sandwich $5.00, and a large water $2.39... I will try my hardest to never make eye contact with this restuarant again... i mean come one it just opened two months ago and already watering down the drinks....if I could give 0 stars please... please... believe me I would. P.s. my wife just pointed out to me the stale ball of bread they give you for your soup. Awesome place to avoid if you like good food or not...

BUYER BEWARE

Not only did they make my sandwich wrong but the ingredients and meat were way less than par

When confronted about the situation the store associate “Mel” told me they didn’t care about the quality and they “made it as ordered”.

I then stated “should the food department be made aware of this” and they said "go ahead and call them idc".

They then told me to come and see the GM tomorrow if I have a problem with it.

The next day I went back, brought this situation up to the GM, and not only did I get attitude from her but was told “we just had our inspection, I’m not worried” with the biggest sarcastic smile on her face, then proceeded to say the same thing “it was made as ordered so I'm not refunding it”

so I guess if the quality isn’t what you were expecting you can’t get a refund from this place? absolutely unacceptable.

I then warned the customers inside that they need to be careful what they order and what they eat and then one of the associates (or GM) cussed at me as I walked out.

They also told me their meat is PRE COOKED before even arriving at the store. Furthering my argument for quality standards and also begging the question, why does it take 30 minutes to make a sandwich?

Corporate needs to investigate this place because it’s fallen off hard in the last couple years

Never spending another dime at this place

Horrible company, horrible experience, horrible food.

Corporate was notified and nobody has gotten back to me! so they don't...
