Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in North Township

if i can give this zero stars i would. went in to buy a ice cream cake and when i walked in everything was dirty. napkins flying all around on the floor and random food boxes on the table that clearly someone ate at the table and never picked up after themselves, but still it shouldn't just be sitting on the table. picked my cake out and went to the counter and the girl had coats and coats of clear lip gloss on her lips. looked like she was drooling out of her mouth. she didnt even smile or say anything, she just said ‘thats it’ and pointed at the cake. she didnt even bag the cake she tossed the bag on the cake and just didnt care. clearly the manager or who ever the store manager is does not care about this store. went to my car and in the rearview mirror i seen her locking the door after the people behind me walked out at 7:05 pm empty handed knowing i seen them walk in when i walked to the counter. also they don't close until 8pm and the door was already being locked. its bad enough the counter was also dirty with old recipients all scattered around and just strawcovers just on the counter . im regretting buying this $35 cake for how dirty that store was, but honestly im hoping for the best once i...

Edit: original review below this is after 6 month of them being open and 4 tries for good service. The experience has been varying significantly.

The line is unacceptable. The conditions are unacceptable. The ice cream is unacceptable. Blizzards aren't flipped to show freshness, unacceptable. The peanut buster parfait which is a pride staple to me visiting is unacceptable and unlayered. And I'm adding a picture if the oldest gravy I've ever recieved number the 25 yrs I've been eating at the good ole dairy queen locations across Georgia Illinois and Indiana.

Please fix this I'll try again next month.

Look I'm so excited about this dairy queen opening up especially since it's a grill and chill. Being from Georgia and living in Chicago you miss things like this now it's going to be 6 minutes from my house. ... Literally drive by everyday for the past three weeks and now they are on google maps. Please be ready to serve me some chicken strips and gravy buttered toast and fries. I can't wait....

This is the worst DQ Franchise. The owner needs to get their act together. There is always a sob story when you get to the drive up window to pay. I ordered a sundae and a blizzard after waiting 1 hour in drive up I was told the ice cream machine was broken. But yet people not in drive up we’re leaving with ice cream. I refused to leave and guess what? I got my order. I was told there were no lids for my sundae. My sundae was melting while they made my blizzard. Unbelievable! I wasn’t offered a comp of any kind. No one was wearing a mask or hairnet and the female workers have nails so long they can’t even do their jobs. This franchise won’t last if the owner doesn’t address bad reviews.
