Today I made a visit to Culver’s for the first time today at 11:25 am apon my arrival when I walked in nobody was up front everybody was in the back a short girl with a ponytail with a black head band approached me she asked what I wanted I told her I would like a single Culver’s burger I asked what was on that burger she seemed unsure I proceeded to order my order I then asked to speak with a manager she proceeded to walk to the back to get a manger she came up in said nothing I said is she coming up to speak with me she gave me Attutide saying idk I’m just a cashier I said I’m just a customer requesting to speak with a manager she said well she in the back in she not coming up I then proceeded to say can u go get her .after requesting so many times lieigh pops her head from the back in between where the hand out orders I then asked if she was a Maneger she then said yes I said well I would like to speak with u she refused to speak with me I said I just have a question for u she didn’t even care what I wanted to ask she refused to come speak with me after telling her I’m not gojng to yell across to come up front in speak with me she then threatened to put me out I then said I did nothing but requested to speak with a manager she then walked up front with a few other younger girls I said hey hru what’s your name she gave me Attutide I said I was just wondering the allergy fact about the burger I ordered because I have a bad allergy certain foods oils will make my throat swell up she then rudely said u could have asked them that . I then said I kno I look your age but I am not I am grown u are being very rude she the bigger Carmel skin girl with tattoos on her arm then said hey do u have a allergy I said yes that’s why I wanted to speak with a manager lieigh then proceeded to rudely say smartly the book right there it tells u everything I said where instead of grabbing one for me she pointed at them I then asked for a refund because the service was terrible an I didn’t wanna risk a trip to the hospital I then asked lieih for corporate number she said it ain’t one I’ll be spending my...
Read moreI'm never coming to this Culvers location ever again. First off, I completely understand if you're busy, which wasn't the issue at all. I arrived here at 6 PM Today (Sunday the 30th), and placed a to-go order. I stood up near the front, and noticed a tray of food that had the exact order I placed about 15 minutes later. The entire time, the tray was placed off to the side without an eye being batted at it while a young man and woman were traying and bagging items. After 40 minutes, I approached the counter to question about what was taking so long. The one man bagging took the tray, and called out the number I had. I told him it was supposed to be "to go", which is fine whatever. The woman who was working with him said they can bag it up for me. I explained that I am not accepting the food, because I watched it sit on the counter for over 30 minutes and I want it fresh because its cold already. The woman gave me a snarky attitude, and replied back telling "Well it was just came out of the kitchen 2 minutes ago", and I said no. It didn't, I was clearly up here the entire time. Her last response to me was "well I'm not going to argue with you", so I said one more time I want it fresh. A woman in the back kitchen, with pink dreads claimed to have been the kitchen manager. Her, along with several other cooks in the back shouted out "WE'RE NOT REMAKING ANYTHING". Fine, if thats the attitude then I requested a refund. It took an additional 15 minutes, because nobody knew how to give a refund on the register. It took an additional few minutes, because the woman who was trying to do so tried double charging me for the same meal TWICE.
I understand it being busy, and I didn't think I was being rude or unreasonable. I just don't appreciate the attitude, or even lying to my face telling me the food just came out when it I was literally standing...
Read moreThe females yall have in there at night are DISRESPECTFUL. First off she messed up our order, we asked for one sandwich with everything on it. Not once did she mention they didn’t have tomatoes and still let me order the sandwich. So I asked why I didnt get tomato she says “there aint no tomatoes” well y wasnt that stated when we ordered As someone who has worked in customer service especially fast food I would let my customers know what was not available when they order a sandwich. Secondly we asked for 2 orders made the same way just the sandwiches different and they forgot to add the cheese cup . Secondly we asked for a cheese cup and she continues to say yea we put it in there. We asked for 2 n only got one because she made a mistake with the order. And to top it off IT WAS A MANAGER (with the blonde braids or twist) WHO TOOK OUT ORDER. This is very disgusting that we received this kinda service where we spend money at. We spent $35 bucks and got so much attitude and disrespect. Please do better for that night crew and that manager needs some customer service training.
