Dunkin — Restaurant in North Township

Went to this new location for the first time this morning. We ordered 2 iced coffees, half dozen of donuts, and 5 munchkins. The iced coffees were extremely watered down and tasted terrible and the frosting on the 6 donuts slid off and was on everything except the donuts. We were also charged for an extra donut that we didn't even order or receive. The team member gave us only one napkin in the bag which wouldn't even wipe up 1/8 mess caused by the frosting. The only good thing out of the whole order was the munchkins.

Hopefully they get better or this place won't last. We will probably continue to utilize the Starbucks that is right across the street. It's a longer wait with them but at least their food/drink...

Please check receipt when purchasing here . They up there prices at register without you knowing. Had ordered a half dozen doughnut because on the glass window of doughnut display said 7.99$. When I paid it was 9.71$ i thought maybe taxes .which they don’t even offer you the receipt. Until I asked for it . But no doughnuts 1/2 dozen 8.99$ when confronted worker I told her you know this is false advertising right. Said they had raised there prices but why wasn’t it changed not even on their screen. I got my dollar back but still imagine how many more people this has...

FOOD POISONING… went here for a coffee and donut before work few hours later I’m leaving work early because of the pain. Got home and literally been throwing up for 2 days straight. I know it came from this place because any food I ate prior my family ate and they are all fine. This is the only thing I ate that they didn’t. I literally can’t even keep water down. Won’t be returning and I’m done with eating out the prices are high and quality is non existent to the point yall don’t even care about...
