Okkkkk.....first of all, I am a MALE, a man.
This is a small D. Donuts place. Their sign outside is always empty and you can't tell if the place is opened or not. The place looks shady. Their windows are also covered up with posters and ads and you can barley see if there are people inside.
Anyway, being that's it's a freezing cold day, I decided to get a large extra coffee, and I went to this place because it is closer to where I live. I went around 1pm and saw that there were cars on the drive-thru.
The cars were moving a bit fast, and I gave my order to the intercom. I pulled my car to the window. There is a young guy who collected my money, handed my receipt, and gave me my order: extra large coffee and a Boston cream donut.
When I was driving forward, the guys says, "Have a good day, ma'am". I am driving, thinking, "wait a sec - did he say ma'am, or man"? Then I hear someone from the window whistling.
I had worn a hat and a coat and sweater, plus gloves, because it's winter, and the temperature was -10 degrees. So What i worn shouldn't have cause anyone confusion if I was a man or woman. And I don't have long hair. Plus the whistling afterwards seemed not professional.
I had some gut feeling before telling me not to go to this D. Donuts place. Well as of today, I will not...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have tried 3 times this week to use my DDperks at this location in the afternoon times.. all 3 times I was told the codes are not working and they will NOT honor it.. so I have had to pay in full.. all 3 times I was poorly greeted by the same 2 rude ladies.. one of them I assume is Jessica since her name is on my receipt.. they morning crew always is able to use my codes with no problem and are sweet!!! the afternoon crew are rude and huffy when I even pull out my cell to pay.. like I am bothering them.. I am using whats on my personal account.. I have even signed in front of them and showed them my code and they don't even want to look at me or my cell.. I demand they get reprimanded about their behavior and demand they get fully trained on how to insert codes in the computers since they obviously cannot to it... and I can verify for a fact I am not the only complaint about them.. BTW, I used the EXACT code at another local store and they were able to use...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreLiterally the worst Dunkin Iāve ever been to- have had so many bad experiences I donāt know where to even start. Iāve called corporate to report them as of today because itās terrible that the Dunkin closest to my house treats customers the way this location does- they are rude, disrespectful and feel they can tell their customers what they are and arenāt willing to make for you based on how theyāre feeling at the moment. Have been told 3 times now that they canāt make food due to being too busy when this last time it was literally only me in the drive-thru. Every time Iām there Iām given the run around on the drink I order- theyāll say it canāt be done one time and then the next time another employee says itās ok- and itās nothing too complicated- For Example: asking for no whip or drizzle on my iced latte or a 1/2 decaf 1/2 reg iced coffee.
