I ordered pizzas recently and was told their system was recently updated and there was no option for coupons currently for call in orders. However, since I was ordering from on the road I was told the price would be adjusted when I got there no problem, they promised. I walked in to pick up my pizza's and the clerk gave me the price without the coupon and had no idea how to credit for a coupon and I was told $40 plus and could not get the $25.99 coupon deal. I told her my phone order said I could have the price corrected in-store but they were clueless and basically said they could not sell me the pizza's. I was one of their first customers when they opened many many years ago and this was so heartbreaking to be sent off without care with no pizzas; pizzas that were already made but because they could not problem solve the promised coupon price . I did not get my family's dinner after a very difficult evening. I never had a problem with so many years being a customer. I called Pizza Hut and ordered within a few minutes, was treated with respect at Pizza Hut and got their promotion. At 1:37pm I get a text from door dash saying they are waiting on my order. ETA 2:08pm. Call Marco's and get the most disinterested, monotone person ever to be told they have no control over doordash or their delivery times. Then don't use doordash? Don't give someone an ETA and then the order gets there an hour late. The employee on the phone couldn't even pretend to care at all and just wants to shift blame to someone else. No customer service skills at all - and i work in customer service. I know it's not hard to fake it. He said he'd give me a credit after sitting in silence on the phone for a minute, but didn't specify what kind of credit and who knows if I will even see it.
All I know is that when I want cheap pizza from now on, I won't be choosing Marco's. The pizza isn't good enough to deal with this. Nevermind the fact that it was over $45 for medium pizza, a small pizza, and some wings. I can get a large deep dish, wings, and cookies at Lou's for that price. Pass...

I had told the gal that answered the phone and took the order that we were at the Milford High school football field and that we were the Fire Department in medical standby. ( Milford Highschool don't exist in Highland Indiana but does n Highland Michigan) anyhow I would think this would have been a red flag and the people involved in my order would say wait, your calling the wrong location. When I realized it was the wrong location I called spoke to manger, explained what happened and asked if they were going to refund the 55.36 to my card. They said they would, no problem and it happens frequently. Well we have called 7 times since and no return of funds. Guees they need the money more than we do. Won't ever use Marco's again in any state. Corporate doesn't even return calls. We used the local Marcos all the time. Not no more. 1 bad Apple wrecked it...
