Monday, April 17, 2023 / 7:50pm - Horrible customer service at the outer lane drive thru! My husband placed his order and the employee snidely gave him the price without asking if there was anything else (which there was, MY order). He added my ten-piece nugget meal. It took her forever to ask what the drink was with the order, and I told my husband to pull out of line then because I was already sick of her. Then she gave an updated total. I yelled at that point (bad customer service rips my soul; no one put a gun to her head and made her work there) about barbecue sauce for the nuggets. She said, "First of all, don't yell at me" and implied that I could have told her that we wanted barbecue sauce for the nuggets. I told her that its HER job to ask me what I want with the nuggets because SHE is the one working there. She again said not to yell at her and I told my husband, "I'm going in" to which she replied, "Please do." I'm glad my husband didn't let me out of the car just to ruin my life on someone who obviously has nothing to lose. I called the restaurant and explained what happened as soon as he drove out of the parking lot. I asked that she be fired because there are too many people out there willing to do the job right and her demeanor will ruin their business. I know I will not return. Not sure who hired her and how they didn't detect that attitude during the interview process, but she wouldn't last five minutes at my job. Read moreI frequently go to this location because it's close to my home. There are 2 other locations in my Town (Highland Indiana). I don't go to either of them because of several issues in the past w those locations. This location isn't really much better, but it's closer,so that if there is a problem, it's easier for me to go back to get it fixed. Unfortunately, I've also had issues w this location too. I got 2 sandwiches and when I checked the bag, 1 of the sandwiches were in a wrapper that said SEC biscuit, I ordered a BEC biscuit. The employee told me it was just wrapped incorrectly, that it was indeed a BEC biscuit. I said ok and took my bag ( I shouldn't have to open the sandwich and inspect it to ensure the employee wasn't lying ). I got home, opened my sandwich, and it was a egg and cheese biscuit, no bacon, no sausage, just egg and cheese. I get back in my car and go back to the restaurant, I explained what happened, the girl says ok, takes my bag, cones back a couple minutes later w a bag and hands it to me. I leave, go back home, AGAIN. Get home, open my bag, and this ignorant little girl gave me that same damn sandwich. Again, no bacon . It's the same sandwich bc when I checked it the 1st time, I ripped the biscuit. It was the same ripped , now cold biscuit sandwich. I did not go back a 2nd time bc at this point, WHY WOULD I !!! Read moreUPDATE: just stopped at this location again, and ONCE AGAINi had raw and mean BRIGHT Pink raw hamburger meat (Pics to prove it) Second time that it was just raw and inedible, not mentioning the amount of times our order was wrong. This location has NOT improved and possibly gotten worse since my last visit, it was about 10 minute wait in drive through as well at 2:30 A.M. Clearly they were rushing. AVOID this location unless you love to gamble. Sad that no franchisees care about the quality of their business anymore.
I have had mixed experiences at this location, there has been times that employees have been absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional and the food was sub par, then other times they have been extremely nice and food was great. It's a constant roll of the dice, this last time I went, my burgers (DQPC) were COMPLETELY raw. It was so inconsistent that there were multiple spots that were completely uncooked, not just a little pink. The owner of this location clearly does not care about his own business nor takes an interest on how management runs his location. Service and food here has gotten worse and worse with every visit, maybe if they can find some managers that actually care about the quality of their work as well as employees that do the same or can even fathom what a work ethic is for that matter.
