McDonald's — Restaurant in North Township

Restaurant Has dine in open on website but they keep doors closed, I came to Drive true and Ordered a Burrito, the line suddenly stopped, the person handing out orders didn’t have help, kept a car waiting for an item making the wait for good five minutes, next car had the brilliant idea to place an order at second window again making another long wait since the person at window handed change and couple drinks at slow motion, two cars have made the line an eternal wait and this person wouldn’t park the cars since they have to wait for last minutes orders. If you have no help DONT TAKE ORDERS AT WINDOW, They had me waiting 10 min for a single burrito that wasn’t ever Wrapped the proper way, the food was all over the place and not warm at all, this place need to hire competent employees and definitely new management they don’t care about making people late for work what was a no line morning turned in to a 15 min wait for a burrito making me late for work,, Corporate need to pay attention to their franchises if this people is under payed it’s not the costumers fault we give you business therefore we deserve...

This location is absolutely horrific not only is drive through window cashier lady completely rude she doesn't even listen to you when taking the order and then when asking for our receipt because she was having trouble obviously counting out our change we noticed that she added extra items we didn't even order upon going to the next window we received our food and noticed our hash browns were not double fried as we asked so the manager asked us to pull forward to come out only to take our food back in to refry it and bring us out the same exact food which then made the sandwiches in the bag cold. Bad service bad wait time and bad attitudes I would not recommend this location to anyone unless you like waiting for a very long time for food you didn't order that's already cold and soggy fries with bad attitudes! Mcd's on 169th and Grand ave. In hammond is the worst location I have ever been to. Don't go there if you would like to eat in this century. This location is half a block from my house and I avoid it like the plague. I understand if there is a wait when the place is slammed but they always take forever and the staff is incredibly rude and discourteous. They remodeled and replaced staff and it is still horrible. I have actually seen an employee eating chicken nuggets and playing with her phone while I waited at the window for 15 minutes. I just went through the drive thru and it took 17 minutes to get a double cheeseburger and a small fry and there were 2 people in line. If you value your time and sanity avoid this location at all cost. I am not the type that posts a complaint just to be petty, I have better things to do with my time. but I have had it...
