Rosati's Pizza — Restaurant in North Township

I was just thinking of grabbing a lunch time slice but I do not support this place no more. I usually do not write these kinds of reviews but I have been a very long time customer of this place, since they first opened up, and had been thinking of my LAST experience ever here which took place last weekend. And I am here to share with you all today. So like any weekend my wife and I called and went in to grab a pie and it was an ABSOLUTE disaster. The wait over the phone was 45 minutes to 1 hour, which usually I wait no longer than 20 minutes to get food from here. We hung up the phone and decided to drive up there to go in and order in person. At first, we was confused about the 45 minutes to 1 hour carry out time, until we came in to see a long line of people waiting for their food and just two young boys in the back seemingly struggling to complete everyone that’s waiting’s orders. When our pizza was finally ready and we were paying for it, one of the staff members was very friendly and apologized for the wait which I appreciated and told him that. I get it every place has staff shortage issues nowadays but this was RIDICULOUS, management should be ashamed of themselves! Rosati’s has very good food, but it is not worth waiting 1 and a half hours for, never again, if Google would let me give 0 stars I would. My wife has already tried leaving a review on here but it seems that they have deleted it and we are trying to contact corporate...

I appreciate thwir custom service tonight~❤️ Update- 7/24/2022~ Apparently there is a new General Manager here who just hung up one. Since the first review I have not had any major problems with my orders. Becky is wonder and always ensures my orders are made correctly. However,ast night they messed my order up and the new General anger Melvin who is ABSOLUTELY unprofessional and ignorant states he can not find my order in the system and hung up on me. Hopefully the Owner will call and make thus right. If not, the ignorant and unprofessional General Manager Melvin will continue to run the customers away. Zero stars for Melvin very unprofessional award goes to you Melvin. The pizza is really good. The staff can work on their customer service etiquette. But it's now surprising Kyle who informed me that he is the head person in charge and that their is mo one above him but the Owner, is vey rude and doesn't mind arguing his point to paying customers. I'd like to speak with the Owner because this has happened on more than one occassion. I want to remain a. customer but if I have to be disrespected I will not be able to continue my patronage....

Do NOT I REPEAT DO NOT LET THESE GREAT PIZZA REVIEWS FOOL YOU THEY ARE VERY FALSE .. those reviewed were either starving/ have never had rosatis chi or plain out clueless to what good pizza should be .. im not one for bashing restaurants either i call it how it is this one expecially because i love pizza expecially the better pizza which is why im detailing this review .. munster location are slacking heavily in the chicago rosatis name by allowing the lack of quality pizza they are serving to be stamped with the well known name it has carried for so many years i would assume management and cooks would be to blame its sad i cannot order from this location in the future due to poor quality pizza .. my pizza solely as i cannot speak for everyone was undercooked for starters. Ordered Delivery . received pizza as a taco harsh driving etc ? Who knows had nothing to do with pizza itself just making it known .. but as far as taste and quality it just wasn't there cheese , sauce everything was just bland .. and if you know the good rosatis this is unheard of .. not sure whats goin on but here is my opinion take it for what it is all jokes aside your better off with a fast food pizza chain over munster location just saddened loss for words this is not a beef with this...
