Sharks Fish & Chicken — Restaurant in North Township

Every time I come to sharks specifically this one on Calumet avenue in Hammond Indiana, I get nothing but the best friendliest service quick and affordable. If they can find you a different option A better option for what you are ordering they will do it they will recommend calling in before just standing there even if you don't have a problem standing there they will give you recommendations. Every time I order they know my voice by this time laugh out loud they should and they're almost two three four times a week but they remember you the cashier at the front she's awesome and this place just couldn't be a better place to eat if you like chicken fish fries barnyard meals this is the place it's awesome. My recommendations give me a call or stop in either way parking is awesome it's right there in front it's wheelchair accessible is waiting in the lobby you can sit there and eat if you want anything they got a TV there for you to watch while you're waiting they have desserts that are good everything recommend the caramel cake and the cheesecake LOL I need to stop eating those but I can't because their food is good. stop in and try to prove me wrong you won't because then you come back for more and...

Customer service is HORRIBLE!! If I can give it 0 stars I would!!! I order over the phone and asked for Catfish Fillet and Wing combo with extra lemon pepper. Came in the time she asked order still wasn’t ready waited patiently for the order never complained I work in the restaurant business and understand things happen although NO ONE(customers) else was there. Got home and the order was WRONG had Catfish Steaks instead of fillet and very little lemon pepper if any. Called and told them the order was wrong cashier goes back and forth with me saying I didn’t say what I said no miss maybe you missed the fillet part but i said fillet told me to bring the food back! I drove back up there to give them the food back They refused to redo my order as requested only tried to redo the fish but these wings and fries are now cold no worries though I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE...

Every time I order from this establishment, I always place a order over the phone. By the time I make it to the establishment I always have to give my order again. Tonight was no different. I rather drive further away from my house to get my order from another sharks then to give them the chance to mess my order up again. I asked for lemon pepper, with extra lemon pepper, there was none. Also asked for large mild sauce, I received 5 small mild sauce and 3 hot sauce. I also purchased an ICEE which was not even filled to the top like usual. We literally live around the corner. And always have to make 2 trips, one to pick up the order then go back for the things that were missed. We had to place this order a total of three times tonight....
