Been to this Starbucks for 3 months and today we received the worst customer service from two employees Miranda and Rocio. As usual we went to order coffees and once we arrived to the office, we try them and they taste water down. We went back to see if they could make it again since we went yesterday and had the same drink. Miranda and rocio said there wasnāt anything they could do that they already added the four pumps of sugar cookie. We asked nicely if they could remake them, and they just had an attitude afterwards⦠We asked for a refund and they said it was impossible without a receipt. Which when asked if we wanted one we said āNo, thank youā so we did not have the receipt . Then we ask them if they could just remake the drinks and Miranda said we donāt have to have an attitude which we did not, and there was witnesses and other target employees watching. She was the one being rude to us customers and complaining to her coworker ROCIO. While Miranda was making the drinks Rocio told us to āscoot!ā for her to take care of the next customerā¦. Thereās ways to ask customers to move, saying scoot wasnāt it.
I think itās unfair that we have to deal with this service when Starbucks is a big brand and coffees are expensive. Never had bad service with the other employees their drink are made so delicious but Miranda and Rocio didnāt know how to makes their drinks nor provided good...

She then basically betrayed me asking if I was sir I was at the correct location. I have her the fill name of the person who had placed the order. After circling around she finally located the order and said I should let them know it's a mobile order as well as not give them the person's full name as all they use is a first name. Horrible service and zero problem solving skills. Taking a minute or two to focus on customer needs would have solved this very quickly. Here are a couple things that could have helped: Look at the seven beverages already prepared on the counter and see if that is the order. Extrapolate from the full name provided the first name. The order was not made in person so it had to be called in or mobile, you already checked and found there was no called in order so check the mobile system whatever that looks like. Even if they had made some type of effort to apologise it would have helped but the rudeness...
   Read moreI would give zero starts if possible, but I went to to get a Starbucks at 8:10pm to get a coffee, when the site clearly says it closes at 9pm. The barista gave me the nastiest attitude saying she was closing at 8pm tonight and if I wanted I could speak to the manager⦠I said, but the site says it closes at 9pm⦠she said again with the uguliests attitude, you can talk to the manager. We were driving by the state, so people who travel, really depend on the sites for correct info. Again, very dissatisfied with this store...
