Burger King — Restaurant in North Township

At 7:16 AM today on Wednesday July 10, 2024 I arrived at this restaurant through the drive thru and placed my order. I ordered the two for $5 dollar croissant sandwiches and I ordered two small hashbrowns with a whopper Junior. Upon ordering and placing my order, I stated to the order taker that I wanted my two croissant sandwiches fresh off the grill and I wanted my hashbrowns fresh out the grease. She stated OK that’s fine. So I pulled around and when I arrived to the drive-through window. I saw a Latino young man, and it was an African-American black woman that took my money. And cash my order out. They had me waiting in there for about five minutes and I saw the sounders come up right away, but I did not see the hashbrowns and when I got the order, the hashbrowns were very cold and the sandwiches felt warm. When I arrived home, my mom is just getting out of the hospital took a bite out of her sandwich and she stated to me that the sausage was hard around the edges, dark brown around the edges, and that the hashbrowns were super cold. I contacted the local Burger King and I asked to speak with the manager. The manager did answer the phone and upon me speaking to her I explained my situation she stated to me right off the back oh, we drop down everything fresh and ready to order and I need to go to my grill person to see what happened , so she put the phone down and she never came back to the phone so eventually I hung up the phone and I tried to call back and when I tried to call back, she left the phone off the hook for at least about three minutes then I called back again and she just left the phone ring and this was the manager so spent $11.95 on order that I did not enjoy and that my mom did not enjoy and I did not get the problem fixed so I am rating this store a 1 and if I could I would rate this store a zero . Bad customer service and the food-bad Quality of product. And to make matters worse, I was the only car in the drive-through line when I pulled up at that time there were no other cars in the driveway for the food to be as bad as it...

Waited nearly 20 minutes tonight to get my food once I arrive to the window I let the gentleman know that the last time I was there they forgot to give me a double cheeseburger he continued by asking questions and making things more difficult. He also stated that i should of informed him first before i ordered and made it seemed like he was not going to help me. I just remembered when i pulled up to the window. I simply told him To remove the double cheeseburger that was on my order. I told him to discount it, void it, delete it whatever he had to do. He told me that they don't do discounts. At this point he was insulting my intelligence. I've managed at restaurants fit over a decade. So what does he do, he rolls his eyes and slams the drive-thru window. I tried My hardest not to curse him out and be patient. I asked him if he was a manager which i knew he was and could not believe with his behavior. He was very sarcastic towards the end and again shut me down by saying goodnight and shutting the window on me again. Look i get it...i know how it is. I also told him i wasn't trying to give him a hard time. I also said as a manager you need to behave more professional and be careful how he treat people. I told him to take a deep breathe and handle the situation without the attitude. Especially when you are the manager. Sorry... had to vent. Hope they didn't put anything...

I ordered the addams family whopper meal w the onion rings.

Soda machine was running poorly. There were only 3/4 selections available. I went with the coke and the machine pushed it out a little too sweet(machine uncalibrated?)

The whopper bun was kinda beat up, the mayo was heavy, and the cheese was so melted and runny i wasnt sure if i was eating more mayo or the cheese.

However The onion rings were ok. I forgot about the zesty sauce so i asked for ranch. Both choices tasted decent with the rings.

That whopper was lacking.

Anyone ever see the movie “falling down”? And remember the scene where the main character compares the burger hes offered to the burger on display. It felt like that.

I havent been in the area in a very long time. I Think back when they offered the pokemon toys was probably the last time I ate at that restaurant. Or was ever around that area.

The bathroom mirror was missing in the mens room and the bathroom door eerily opened up as I was trying to use the urinal. I was lucky to be the only guy eating inside.

The staff was alright, just basic and minimal interaction. After looking at that bathroom i figured they probably have their hands full from time to time. So i cant say i blame them for...
