I placed an online order and had arrived after 10 minutes of placing. Upon arrival was told it would be a “30-40 minute wait”. When I had asked why it’s gonna take that long I was told “the food cause we’re short staffed”. Mind you, it’s 20 degrees out so I was essentially asked to wait 40 minutes in the cold just for 4 items. When asked for clarification what actually takes 30 minutes I was met with another lady who told me she would take care of it. I had received my food within 5 minutes. The food I had gotten was completely inedible and cold. The fries were full of grease, soggy, and cold. My Doritos taco supreme was mostly lettuce, stale, and cold. My chicken chipotle burrito was old, soggy, and had a stale tortilla. Not to mention my spicy potato taco was so old that I wouldn’t even feed it to a raccoon. Even my 8 year old son thought the food was gross and we had to throw it away. Completely ridiculously and disrespectful. As someone who is food safety management certified in Indiana, I can say with confidence that serving food in that condition is going to lead to someone getting sick. This was on 11/19 at 12:30 am. Read moreWhen I finally got to pull up to the menu board, I was instructed to 'hold on' and sat there for five minutes before placing my order. When I finally got to pull up, I got to sit behind a SUV for another 10 minutes. Then, I get up to the window and the cashier(receipt says Kristina B) is less than happy about working there obviously by her tone/attitude/treatment of a customer. She took my debit card/swiped it and proceeded to walk away for a few minutes. I have no clue where my debit card was during this time. She returned and handed me my card back and left the window again. Five minutes has passed and she comes back to the window and opens it wanting my debit card to pay again. She then realizes that I have indeed paid and have not moved, so she tells me to hold on again. She finally hands me my food. I go to grab it out of the bag and it is upside down and my food falls out into the bag. Worst drive thru in the area for time spent ordering/sitting(you'll be there for at least 20 minutes) and worst employees. Do yourself a favor and try out the new taco bell over by Meijer on 41. Hopefully they'll have the decency to hire employees capable of multitasking...
Read moreI placed my order on the taco bell app for delivery. After an hour I tried contacting the restaurant because my order was late and the door dash driver did not reply to me. They told me the food was sitting there for over an hour and no one ever came to pick it up. Then she asked me to come get it. I told her I couldn't that is why I paid for delivery. Then the manger had an attitude like it is my fault no one picked up the food. I used the Taco Bell app for delivery how is that my fault no one picked up the food? Then I asked for a refund she said she could not give me a refund and to call a 800 #. I asked if she had it she said no. I am so angry no one tried helping me. I ended up calling the number after googling it to find out the taco bell office is only open Monday thru Friday to 7pm. I filled out the contact us form online on the app and still no reply.
