Villa Pizza — Restaurant in North Township

First time and last time I'm ever going to order from here... So I got a shrimp dinner and a shimp basket. Now how does the basket cast $6 and has more food in it then the $12 shrimp dinner. The dinner came with 5 butterfly shrimp mind you they were only the size of a "half dollar" I ordered on a Tuesday and it still took 90 mins so needless to say my food was barely warm. Best small town business ever! Kind caring family. My 103 year old Dad who is almost deaf, vision impaired with speech problems from a stroke just calls Villa and says “I want a pizza!” And they know who he is, what kind of pizza he wants and where he lives! And they take his check no matter how illegible it is! Great people, (Cheryl you are the best!) great food and so many good memories! Food is decent, customer service sucks. I ordered 'Mac and cheese bites' with my pizza, and because they are called 'Mac and cheese squares', not bites, they sent breadstick bites. I called to ask about it and she let me know that because I didn't say squares, the Mac and cheese part of my order was ignored and she assumed I wanted breadsticks. No offer to send the correct item and no apology for the miscommunication. Nice customer service. Next time I'll choose from the other 4 pizza places...
