DEFINITELY DESERVES A NEGATIVE!!! I just went through DT (drive through) to get a 6PC spicy nugget, small fries and I asked if they could make it fresh with the French fries having no salt. Cashier said yes, made it to the next window after paying and they gave me cold food immediately. It’s sad when you have to ask nearly beg for hot food at a restaurant. The black young guy with long neck length hair and no hair net might I add avoided the window so I couldn’t get his name. He told everyone else too avoid me because they looked at me and then talked to him as I sat there waving at them to get their attention (nobody tried to help me). THIS IS MY DINNER! I Waited until he came to the window and I said I don’t want this can I have a refund he stated we don’t give refunds but I can remake your food for you. I said no.. I already asked for hot food. I don’t want any extra ingredients like spit in my meal, dropped on the floor etc (this is what I’m thinking) my meal was $5.50. I simply requested a refund again. He was so pissed because he had to call his boss THE GENERAL MANAGER, to advise her of what was happening, she also stated they don’t give refunds. Now its not like I drove off with my order and then came back. They gave me this cold food right after I paid for it and I tried to give it right back while still sitting there. So when he was on the phone with his manager she stated just give her the money and get her out my line while being on speaker phone. He eventually gave me the money which was $5.50, he also refused to come back to the window when I was trying to ask him a question but I assume he was pissed because I wanted a refund. We waited to pay for 15 minutes while the supervisor was interacting with friends at the cashier window and then at the pickup window. Then some rude cashier finally opened the window and said to me, “you know you could just go to the next window even tho we hadn’t paid. I should’ve proceeded to the next window and took the food without paying to teach them a lesson but I have morals. So I told the rude girl that I hadn’t yet paid and gave her my card. She rang me up but of course, no thank you. Then I proceed to the pick up window where I am greeted by the manager on duty. He personally handed me our food. We were missing 2 drinks and 1/2 our food was cold and old. My husband had to get out and take some food back to the window to complain and get the food replaced. He asked for the manager on duty and spoke directly to him. In the middle of his complaint, the manager told my husband “to get to the point because he has more customers in line”. My husband said, I know, I was one of them. The replaced was replaced with old fries reheated in the grease and a sloppy chicken sandwich. We had to throw out 1/3 of what we purchased.
The service in the morning is great. But the service in the late evening and late night is terrible ALL THE TIME. It’s a shame that a brand new restaurant’s management does such a poor job...
Read moreI was a good working crew member went to work 30 minutes before I clocked in respectful wit everybody but this one older lady was yelling at me as if I did sum to her but I never said anything to the lady to even talk like she had a problem then she gonna say ion care I can talk to you any way I want to im finna be shift lead what you gone do I just told the lady she didn't have to yell at me that's all I'm saying and the manager was there siding wit the lady that was yelling at me for no reason as if she didn't care before all this happens the manager called me in her office in the back and had me put all my information back in the system when we already put everything in the system after they called me back I'm so disappointed In the manager for not even giving me a chance and she knows I was a great worker and fired me for no reason and didn't ask what happened she just basically said stop talking when I was trying to tell her what happened and I'm there 30 to 40 mins before I clock in She seen and she sometimes talk to me rudely to as if did sum to her I'm just so disappointed they still have this rude lady yelling at customers coming threw the drive threw and I was a good employee there and lost my job because some rude older lady was yelling at me antagonizing me and all I said was you don't have to...
