Dunkin' — Restaurant in North Versailles

I like Dunkin' Donuts but the one in North Versailles lacks severely in customer service. I went there on 4/14/17 to get donuts and I was in the drive thru and was attempting to reload my Dunkin card to use it to pay for my donuts. While there I hear a manager or someone ask inside, loudly, "What is the hold up at the window?" Now I have done the same at a Starbucks drive thru and NEVER had someone that works for Starbucks say ANYTHING like that. Dunkin at North Versailles has messed up orders I've placed, they've given me less than stellar customer service before. But I gave them another chance just for this to happen. Great food, fast service, my only concern was there were tons of little Gnats, I don’t know if they were fruit flies or something coming from the garbage or in from the window, but they were flying and walking all over the donuts, I feel they should put glass doors or something to cover the food, because people eat those, and that was very disturbing to see those bugs crawling on the donuts. 100% unpleased with my experience at this location on Veterans Day. The brunette girl sounded confused over the speaker. I requested if she wanted me to pull to the window to talk because what she was saying was unclear [she couldn't use the mic]. She got a demonic tone and said "No" we all in my vehicle turned to look at one another in shock. It was extremely rude, and unprofessional of this kid.

What I can only figure was them not preparing enough inventory for Veterans Day. SMH
