Eat'n Park — Restaurant in North Versailles

A friend and I went to North Versailles Eat n Park for brunch. There was a long line waiting for tables. When we finally was taken to our table we noticed quite a few empty tables. The waitress came to our table, I think she told us he name. While she was talking & asked for our drink order, she looked everywhere except in our direction. Honestly, she was acting like we were keeping her from something more important than the customers. My friend ordered a cheese omelet and had to interrupt Mercedes to add sides. I ordered soup, she did ask me if I wanted anything else. She brought me my soup well before my friends order. By the time her omelet came my soup was cold. When her omelet came Mercedes asked if we needed anything else. My friend said “my toast and ranch for the fries”, which she did tell her while placing the order. Came here at 7 pm, and was told it would be a wait for 2 people. It was not packed, and 3/4 of the restaurant was empty. I wanted over a half hour to be seated, then was given a small booth we didn't fit in. When I asked to move, I was given a snarky reply stating they didn't have a server covering there, even though the table was 5 feet away. Then, after 15 minutes at the table, he came over again and told us we weren't getting served at this table. I asked to speak to a a manager, and he went in to the kitchen. We then heard literal screaming calling us names from the kitchen for about 3 minutes straight, so we just got up and left because we didnt want an incident and were tired of being treated so rudely. We have been working on a construction site all day, but weren't dirty, just hungry and are large gentlemen. I've own3d a business for over 15 years, and have never treated a customer this way. I had the worst experience ever!!! Got seated the table was dirty, the menu was dirty, waited at least 15 to 20 minutes and nobody even acknowledged us. The man that came in behind us was waited on had his drink and salad bar and nobody acknowledged us. I went to the front where you come in at and told the girl behind the counter and she said let me see what's going on. I then told her I would like to see a manager. It took a while but then the manager finally came out. At that time I see a waitress at our table. I explained the situation to her. She asked me if we wanted a different waitress. I said to her how would I know we hadn't had one yet. She said she's back there now. It was one cleaning tables instead of waiting on us. The manager said I'm sorry or anything.
