Used to be good…. I have been coming to this Wendy’s location for years and the staff used to be great, and the line moved fast. As of now the staff is lazy, most of them have attitudes, the drive thru line moves slow as balls, doors are locked with no explanation so you can’t go inside and order. If you plan to eat at night you better be there before the 10:30 PM mark otherwise it’s over! they get funny when it gets late. It says online they close at 12AM but as soon as it gets anywhere near 11:00PM they want to play the “Sorry we’re closed” game, another tactic they do is tell customers “we’re excepting cash only” knowing good and darn well most people these days pay with a card! They pull this tactic because they don’t want to work and head home early, I didn’t know you can just make your own business hours like that because I sure as hell can’t you’d be fired…. I wasted 20 minutes in line just for them to tell me they were either closed or they were only excepting cash.
This location is ran by a bunch of lazy teens who don’t wanna do their job and it makes the surrounding restaurants look bad also because we assume the same types of people run the other restaurants, the staff at Raising Canes across the street is EXCELLENT! And it’s a shame because I have been avoiding them for some time thinking the service would suck based on my experiences at Wendy’s and Burger King not too far up the road. Read moreWhen I got there I ordered breakfast on the mobile app like normal. Keep in mind its like 830-9am. I get out the Car to go inside to get my food and the door is locked this has happened to me on multiple occasions. When I order food on the app it specifically says dine in carry out or drive through. IF there's no dine in or carry you guys need to update the app as well. This has happened to me in the morning and also in the Afternoon. So now I have to go through the drive-thru and pickup my food and go to work. Long story short I goes to eat my my potatoes and there's a long blond hair wrapped around one of my potatoes it was totally disgusting. No one in there wears hair nets or gloves while they are making the food. The people that work there are nice people but the restaurant itself is disgusting and dirty. I used to work fast food restaurant back in the 90's and it was never like how it is now. The managers actually managed the employees and actually made them clean, and made sure the food quality was on point. I frequent this Wendy's daily for breakfast but after my experience I'll never return. I honestly can honestly see this Wendy's closing down like the McDonald's across the street. The same things that was going on there are happening here. I hope they start taking pride in their restaurant and get themselves together. Because what I see right now...
Read moreUpdate--I placed an order and paid for a double baconator and other items on 8/8/2024. However, what I ended up with was a double cheeseburger. This happens way too much, and I WILL NOT be ordering from this Wendy's ever again. I attached a photo of the receipt and the burger.
Earlier posting--I'm a regular customer and I was holding on to hope that they would make my order correct but that hope was quickly dashed. I ordered my usual order for my mother and me. Baconater (mustard, extra pickles, and 2 extra bacon), large fries, nuggets, and medium fries.
Most of the time, the mustard is missing from the burger. No big deal but disappointing. However, on one of my last visits, they completely forgot the nuggets. I should have checked the bag before leaving but I forgot. I called and was told that I could come back (now or even the following day) to get the nuggets. Since it was our dinner I decided to go back right then.
So, while I'm picking up the forgotten nuggets rest of the order is getting cold. I could deal with a cold burger but the fries were ICE COLD. I wasn't offered a new order to replace the order or even a refund for the mess up on their end. That is not great customer service. There are also a few employees who never seem to want to be there.
