This is the first google review I have ever done. We tried to order pizza for the kids tonight and were treated like complete garbage by the ignorant team at the Schnecksville location. First off, our pizza was stuck in "quality check" for 47 minutes by the time I got through to someone at the store. The first woman I spoke with stated that we called to cancel the order and I informed her that we did not. It was just myself and my wife at home with two little kids, nobody cancelled the order. She also accused of us calling several times to cancel the order. When I informed her that she was mistaken, she screamed at me to "place a new order" and hung up on me. I called back and she admitted to hanging up on me and then did it again when I told her that their system was messed up and that we did not cancel the order and have been waiting for the driver. Seriously, she hung up on me twice. The third time we called we spoke to a manager and heard the other employees mocking us in the background. We informed the manager that we were recording the call and she said that she was doing the same. She was extremely rude and condescending and again claimed that we called multiple times to cancel the order but she would not tell me who she spoke with. They cancelled the order at that point which pushed to the app immediately. About 10 minutes later Dominos called us back to apologize for the mixing up of the order but could care less when I mentioned how badly they treat customers. I wish I had a way to leave the audio from the recorded phone call in this review. We will never order from this location again! Terrible service and absolutely the worst customer experience I have had in my entire life in any capacity. Think twice about trying to transact with this store. Read moreJust wow. I did carry out as there is usually a 2 hour or no delivery wait. I picked my order up and 2 of the 3 pizzas were wrong, plus the wings were cold and hard? Anyways, I called the store, the employee I talked to seemed very upset just even answer the phone. I explained everything, got a lot of attitude and then before I could get another word in simply said "Ok well come get it in 10 minutes" and hung the phone up. I don't know who the franchisee is that owns this restaurant, but I feel like maybe you need to consider closing down. Even the food quality had degraded. They claimed they called 4 times.. lies. They would have redelivered the pizzas.. 90 minutes later.. I would NEVER order from this place. How do you run a business like this?
