I attempted to place an order this morning 11/29/2024 around 8am at the drive-thru. I told the lady that I had 3 orders, to put them in separate bag but ring it up all together. I placed the first order and attempted to tell her the next order when I heard her let out an exasperated sigh and she muttered something like, “Oh Lord”. I asked if there was a problem and she said she was not going to take my order and for me to have a good day. I was shocked! When I asked why she said she was not going to be talked to like that and repeated that she would not take my order. I said, “Oh, no! I want to speak to the manager.” She very rudely said, “I am the manager and I’m not taking your order. Have a good day.” I told her she didn’t know who she was messing with and that I would complain to the main company. I did put around to the window but no one would acknowledge my presence. I promise you I will NEVER USE A WENDYS AGAIN. The funny thing is that as I was telling my friends about this incident they said I wasn’t the first one to have a complaint about this store. Read moreWe went in to order two frosties and a chili. We ordered at the kiosk. There was no sign to inform anyone the frosty machine was out of order so we paid by card.. it was only when I went up to the front that I noticed a sign saying the machine was out of order. I asked the cashier if they could put a sign by the kiosk telling people the machine is out of order before they placed an order and paid for it like I did. He laughed and said " um, I don't think so". I then noticed a lady and asked if she was a manager and asked if they could put a sign up letting customers know about the machine before they placed and paid for their order. She said " yeah, I can do that.. I've been here since this morning" not very professional at all. The cashier kept snickering while I waited on my refund. The man who came to help him was very rude. We got off work weren't really hungry so we did the 4 for $4, replacing the French fries with a side salad. The croutons were open when we received them, can you say stale. I filled up our glass with tea from the sweetened tea urn. If it was brewed tea it was awful, it was more like syrup based tea out of the boxes like soda that chains use. The tea was almost like it was, well peach flavored. It had a really odd taste. If I'm drinking flavored tea I'd like to know beforehand. My drink is a very big part of my eating. I no longer drink soda at all so if the tea is taken away from me that only leaves water. I drink lots of water daily but usually not at restaurants. Needless to say my wife and I drank a sip each and threw it away. If this wasn't flavored tea, them someone put something in the tea. If that the case managers there need to keep their eyes open.
