Cinder Bistro has officially become our new favorite spot! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, but what truly made our experience unforgettable was our incredible server, Jeff.
Jeff was beyond excellent—friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about making sure we had the best dining experience possible. He greeted us promptly, provided top-notch recommendations (seriously, don’t skip the blue cheese smash burger, the brisket, or the fried pickles!), and ensured that every dish arrived piping hot and perfectly prepared.
Every bite we took was better than the last! The flavors were outstanding, and despite indulging in every delicious bite, we left feeling completely satisfied rather than overly full. It’s rare to find a place where both the service and the food are equally exceptional, but Cinder Bistro delivers on all fronts.
Jeff’s outstanding service and the incredible food have guaranteed that we’ll be returning every time we’re in the area. If you’re looking for a fantastic meal with top-tier hospitality, look no further — Cinder Bistro is the...
Read moreWe were in the area to do some shopping, got hungry and saw the restaurant and decided to give it a try. We are so glad we did! If you aren’t hungry when you step in the door, you will be. The smokehouse smell is amazing and you start craving the food! It did not disappoint. I got the pulled chicken thighs entree with two sides, collards and fried okra and it was perfect to my palate. My husband got the brisket entree and the beer Mac and cheese and fried okra and he said it was absolutely delicious. We smoke meat to eat also so our expectations are usually high. It was wonderful. The server was excellent, top notch, timely, personable, genuinely cared that we were satisfied. The owner as well. It was clean as well as the restrooms and I was blown away by the heavy great quality silverware! The menu offers just enough to not be overwhelming and the prices were really good, not a turn off to where we wanted to walk out the door as some places. If this place was closer to my house, we would be regular...
Read moreMy friend and I decided to make the trip up to Wilkesboro from Taylorsville today to get a change of scenery and some lunch. We stumbled across Cinder Bistro from their good reviews. We were not disappointed!! From the minute we stepped in the door, the service was top notch. The place has a great rustic ambiance, and is big and nice and clean. I had the brisket quesadilla with collard greens and my buddy had the spring harvest salad with grilled chicken. My food was slammin'!!! The brisket in the quesadilla was different, but was really, really, really good! The collard greens were hand cut and trimmed, and delicious! Not those precut out of the bag collards with the stem pieces. My friend said his salad was one of the best salads he has ever had in his life and would drive there from Charlotte to get it again any time. Lol. Needless to say, from the A1 service, ambiance, and food, Cinder Bistro was a hit! The drive up there was beautiful too! Can't...
