Parents have always purchased furniture from Better Homes in N. Wilkesboro, NC & always been happen w customer service & all the furniture they purchased. I’ve been purchasing all of my furniture there as well & have been very pleased! The only issue I’ve ever had is that the furniture never wears out!! It’s hard for me to justify replacing my furniture when nothing’s wrong w it!lol. Sometimes my justification is that I just want something new! I love this furniture store that we have been blessed to have in the Wilkesboro’s all these yrs!! I also love the customer service as well. Mark & Stan were & are the best people to purchase furniture from. They make everyone feel like an old friend they’ve known for many yrs! We went to several places looking for mattresses. We went to Better Homes first and I took notes and pictures every where we went. By far Better Homes was the best price for what we wanted. And they do free haul away and installation. Being the county landfill no longer takes old mattresses, we had to take that into consideration. They never pressured us into buying and didn't seem to get upset because I had so many questions. The delivery guys were so so nice and they were very careful installing out sets ...we have a lot of furniture to bypass...lolololol. we love that we have a hometown business that still offers such great prices and awesome customer service.
