Friendly's — Restaurant in Northampton

I was getting take out and went into the building. An older gentleman was at the counter outside ordering icecream. As I was waiting the waitress brought the man his icecream and change. The man then said the change was not correct. He was charged 4.24 and paid with a 20 and she gave him 15 back. At first she acted confused and said she didn't understand the problem. The older gentleman was calm and explaining to her that he was owed some change. The waitress then said she had no change and couldn't get him any. She had not told him this prior to taking his money. She then got me my food and returned to him but I waited to see what would happen as the waitress what getting a bit loud. The man continued to be calm but was confused why he couldn't get change. She then told him to leave and pushed his money and icecream towards him aggressively and then shut the window in his face after telling him to call corperate. He left the icecream and walked away. When she turned around and saw me she said I was all set and I told her that she needs to tell people she doesn't have change before taking the order. She then rolled her eyes and said her manager was not there and she had no change. I walked out and the gentleman was getting in his car and I asked if he was OK. He was was a little upset and didn't know what to do and didn't feel it was worth calling corperate and that he didn't know how to leave reviews. I told him I would do it. I have never seen a more inappropriate and aggressive interaction with a customer. I hope a manager sees this and is able to address it. It was Friday sept 6th...

Cream was absolutely delicious, however, I am incredibly parched and our server is yet to return. My daughters milkshake was mad watery is the only cream issue we had tonight :). As well, there are no salt and pepper shakers at our table. Thankfully, I’m used to lacking flavor because my husbands cooking is horrible (Lol!). I have to eat my friendly frank without salt and pepper tonight I guess. But that ok! I drove all the way from South dakota to hunt then experience this friendlys and after a long day of hunting, I am disappointed. After spending all day on the hunt in the woods in the hopes to provide food for my family, I just wanted a solid cream experience. Cream had solid flavor but the service put a bad taste in my mouth. I was just trying to celebrate gypsy roses release from prison after my hunt with a friendly frank and some cream. All I can really say is that I hope they’d give gypsy better customer service. #gypsyisfree #creamwasyummy...

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered from their website a week ago FROM THHE WEBSITE, not from doordash, however doordash services the online delivery…driver came to the store and they “didn’t have my order” I got a “canceled” email after I called and complained that I didn’t get the order and they still charged me!!!! I called to get my refund and she said if I didn’t get it by the next day to call again…I have a full time job and three kids so I called today (1 week later) when I realized I still never got reimbursed and they “can’t help me until a general manager is there” which is another 3 days!!! So friendlys has money from me and I never received food for the order. My faith is lost in Friendly’s Florence as this is not the first time we have been disappointed but...
