The food s great. The service is awful.

This is by far the best Chinese food in the area. It is great food any way you look at it. Their Gourmet Menu has some great, authentic Chinese dishes and they will not disappoint.

But the service is terrible. Don't bother getting it delivered because they seem to only hire foolish stoned children as drivers. The wait staff are consistently of the same caliber. Don't expect your food to be served to your table or to be served at all. Don't bother with this establishment if you want good service.

I give them three stars because they have outstanding food but their communication with their customers is terrible. You get treated better by the local chain pizza shop.

EDIT 10/2/19 I just placed a takeout order. The woman on the other end of the line actually hung up on me as soon as I finished giving my order. I'm still not sure if it's going to come to my house.

Terrible customer service.

I ordered delivery from them the other day. Instead of "Seafood Soup For Two" they sent me a popo platter. I don't even eat land based animals. When I called after the delivery to discuss the issue I was harrassed quite violently. Ultimately the issue was resolved by me hanging up the phone as to woman I was speaking with furiously insisted my order was correct.

I can't find better food in the county but I can find better service at KFC. I will never do business with this company again.

One time they were doing work on their roof and their ladder fell down as I was walking by so I helped them by standing the ladder back up.

I have done nothing but good to them and they have treated me and my family terribly. I will never give a penny of mine to this horribly negligent and abusive...

The food here can be absolutely fabulous. I have been going there, having deliveries, and take out for over fifteen years. Except for certain periods of time while I try and forget really bad experiences and how they handle it. The fly served in my soup. The foot long hair threaded through my tofu special. My nice neighbor who always tells the story of the cockroaches in her dish. The countless and countless times of the wrong food in my take out. Their is also just the regular bad manners on phone or in person and to a customer who has given so much ( I think pleasant and understanding) business for so many years. I have had the final straw with them a few times, but now I must say goodbye for good after the second wrong order in a row. This time I verbally verified my order before taking it home. It was wrong, that still can happen. I called with good manners considering the frustration to let them know and ask that the item be credited to my card ($5.95). The woman on the phone would hardly listen and would not stop saying they got it right she was eventually yelling at the top of her voice at me for some time until I hung up. It provided an interesting teaching moment for my four year old who was unfortunately present for it. It is a zoo in their and may prove to be a gem for you….only for a short...

This place needs to closed down they let there employees set there own rules. I still can believe how many racist people are in this town until i meet on of there employees comes to my resident in a rude manner as i ask for my change back . then he says really and slap the money back my hand . still in shock because is my right to ask for change back. So i called the store to come planning about what happened then months have passed and i am still ordering from there so for awhile until the owner call me back from me placing my order and told me that none of her employees want to deliver my food because i dont give them tips sometimes. So they will no longer deliver to my resident , First of all i am single i worked in restaurant and fast food most of my life and i would neveer go to someone table or home and say you not getting your food because last you was at my table /home you did not tip me. And then say your welcome to eat or order from here because you dont tip . PLEASE DONT EAT FROM HERE THEY ARE RACIST.... THEY LET THERE EMPLOYEES MAKE THERE OWN RULES. IF WANT DID NOT KNOW THIS AMERICA . AND ALSO THINK THAT Caucasian boy that workes there needs to under stand that sometimes you will not get money if dont fix his attitude . or he find someone that will fix it...
