JJ's Tavern — Restaurant in Northampton

I had a 70th birthday party for my husband this past weekend and it couldn't have gone smoother! Jon is amazing! I requestd an all Italian menu and Jon and his chef went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Many friends complimented the food-especially the chicken parmesan! We started with an Italian chopped salad, then spaghetti with Tuscan marinara sauce, meatballs, exceptionally delicious chicken parmesan, and mini cannolli. Everything was abundant and delicious! Jon is a very hard,-working, dedicated owner. He made sure every dish was cleared immediately and everyone was more than satisfied with both the meal and the drinks. JJ's is a friendly, welcoming place to host any event as well as a fun restaurant for lunch or dinner. The regular menu is diverse and offers something for everyone. Stopped in this week. Week day. Two adults and a small child. Was created immediately. That’s a plus. Friendly place looked clean. Ordered our food. Child’s menu. Grilled cheese and apple sauce. Breed was a sour dough thick Barely grilled. My order. Grilled chicken. Bacon bbq sauce. Chicken tasted funky. Bacon looked rancid. Onion rings were good. Daughters order.
