Nicky D's Donuts — Restaurant in Northborough

I've been to this place many times, never really had an issue. Today, however, was not their day. First I sat in the drive-thru for a good minute and a half and nobody even bothered coming over to at least say it'll be just a minute (or something..) I decide to go in instead. There's a guy in front of me so I wait till he got his order, at that point I was the ONLY ONE in line. A family of 4 walks in behind me. The woman behind the counter (without looking at me!) asks them what they want. Uhhhh..... needless to say they did not get my business today. It won't stop me from going there but they need to work on better customer...

Great little place. The donuts are so delicious. And there are so many types. And lots of good drinks. Hot, cold and frozen. I will go there from where I live and it's over 20 minutes away, just to get their donuts and frozen drinks. They are kind and friendly too. I got a frozen cappuccino last time. I didn't realize they had frozen espresso drinks too. So I now have to plan another trip. The donuts are out of this world. And they have a drive through if you don't want to...

Great food(breakfast sandwiches and donuts), great service, Not many tables which was not a problem for us as there were not many people in there when we got there, when we left the place was packed with people waiting for food. We found this place while on vacation, actually drove by it and turned around, glad we did. We will DEFINITELY stop back if we were in the area again. Wish it was near out house. Plenty of parking even if you are in a big truck or...
