Burger King — Restaurant in Northbridge

I had been a great fan of Burger King for many years. However, this Whitinsville MA location isn’t a one though! The only visit to this location was on 02/05/2021. I gave few Burger King gift cards to pay, using the drive through and no one was happy about it! I was like “guys, I’m not eating for free and I’m paying using gift cards, what’s a big deal”! If it was taking up sometime, they could have asked me to pay in store rather than making faces before me! Secondly, they don’t care about food hygiene, IMHO! I should have taken a quick video through the window of how they processed the food but unfortunately I didn’t! Lastly, they just wanted to get rid of me that they forgot to give my chocolate shake! It became my responsibility to remind them! I can understand that they can forget but a small word of apology would have changed my opinion/rating! I would greatly give 0.5 star for this Burger King location! I recommend McDonalds just across the Burger King in Whitinsville! At least McDonalds staffs are really nice and pleasant! If I could give 0 stars I would. Went through drive-thru for breakfast and have never been treated more rudely. I ordered 2 meals went up payed and then told to park and they would bring my order out to me. After 20 min I went in to find my food. 1 customer in the store, I went up to the counter and was greeted with "what do you want" by someone clearly unhappy with their life. Told him I was looking for my food that I was waiting in the drive-thru. The incredibly rude person asked me what I ordered, you think they would know, how were they ever going to bring my food out if they had no idea what I ordered (I was the only one in the drive though). The "person" in question then starting in on me how he has to take orders and cook the burgers (it was breakfast time) I asked if I could see the manager, he answered he was the manager. I then asked for my money back, he did give it to me but saying not so nice things to me the during this. I am sure it does not matter to them as they have no idea how to acted in society let alone what customer service is but I will never go...

a friend of mines ordered the “How to train a dragon meal” along with zesty sauce. we didn’t know what it came with entirely. The dude gives us a crumpled bag that only had the dragon burger, fries & a lemonade; & never gave us the frosty & mozzarella fries & the zesty sauce. we didn’t know what came in the meal, due to neither of US never seeing the “ad” so I take him back through the drive-thru & he asks for the missing zesty sauce. Robyn said it’ll be 0.30 for the sauce an she went to radio in the other dude asking him “did you put the sauce in the bag” he obviously lied an proceeded to try to charge us until I said “this dude paid $20 for just a burger fries & lemonade & he can’t get a free sauce? & she sighs & gives me the one zesty sauce to give to him.
