Jumbo Donuts — Restaurant in Northbridge

Breakfast sandwiches are decent, fresh eggs. The downfall is the coffee. Iced seems to be watered down before they put the ice in it and cream typically can be seen floating in the cup in chunks. I've mentioned it but it never got better.

Waited over 40 minutes for a sandwich I was understanding of the rush and waited and went up about 3 times asking if they could make my food because I’ve had been waiting for 30 minutes they proceeded to then prioritize DoorDash and Phone orders when I’ve been waiting for over 30 minutes , my coffee was not what I ordered and on top of that when I went up to ask politely the lady on the grill had an attitude, if u can’t keep up with the grill !...

Please, if you’re looking for a job, do not work here. There is absolutely no structure, management allows employees to steal from multiple people with no consequences. Employees smoke cigarettes where they prepare food items, the board of health is aware.
