Based on my personal experience and on other reviews, your experience here will vary wildly.
Sometimes the food is good, hot and fresh. Other times it's under/overcooked, burnt and very greasy. The delivery times also vary. Sometimes it's your average 30-45 minute delivery, other times it's over 2 hours. There is no consistency with delivery times or food quality, it is very much a dice roll.
I want to like and recommend this place, but I just can't. My latest experience with them is one of the worst ive had. 2+ hours on a Monday night for 2 items that arrived luke warm is unacceptable.
After ordering from New England Pizza a number of times over the last few years, it has officially become my "last resort" location. Ordering from them is like buying a mystery box; You never know what your gonna get. From my personal experience, you have around a 40% chance of getting good food within a reasonable amount of time.
If you roll the dice well it's honestly pretty good. Additionally, the delivery driver is always very friendly. Unfortunately, the inconsistency of it all is just not worth it when there are multiple other...
Read moreIt genuinely hurts to write this because this place used to be a go-to. But what I got last time wasn’t just disappointing — it was borderline offensive to the concept of pizza. The pie showed up soggy, swimming in grease, and somehow still managed to be dry in all the wrong places. It wasn’t even cut. Not unevenly — literally not cut. I had to go full caveperson on it, tearing off pieces with my hands like it was some kind of melted, over-oiled flatbread experiment gone wrong.
There wasn’t a single decent slice in the box. Every piece collapsed under its own shame, toppings sliding off like they were trying to escape. It was the culinary equivalent of watching a former star athlete fumble through a comeback tour: once-great, now just sad and sloppy.
It’s wild to see how far this place has fallen. The quality has nosedived into full-blown inconsistency. I’m not sure if it’s new management, laziness, or just giving up — but the soul of what made this place good is clearly MIA.
I hope they pull it together, because this isn’t just a bad pizza. It’s a...
Read moreI ordered food last night at 6pm. At 6:50pm I called back only to be told "We're running a little bit behind, can you wait another 15 minutes?" After waiting another 15 minuntes, I called again only to be told "Oh yeah, do you think you can wait another 15 min?" REALLY????!!! Fact of the matter is, if you know you're running late, CALL YOUR PATRONS! Let them know you are running late, and if your patrons call back a 3rd time DON'T EVER EMBARRASS YOUR ESTABLISHMENT by asking if they would be willing to wait ANOTHER 15 MIN!!! Needless to say I cancelled my order and will NEVER order from them again, which is a shame as I've been eating there for 8 years. They need a system put in place, IT'S CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE. Customer comes first and is always right. If you are running behind at least have the common courtesy to inform people who have ordered so they can make other arrangements (especially IF STARVING) and if late, offer them either a discount or another menu item. Worse customer service...
