Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Northbridge

Ordered three pizzas at Domino's in whitensville. They don't tell you they use a third party service to do the order after going through the process of explaining what I wanted which was a child's cheese pizza, a small meatza was not too concerned what I got with my pizza but my spouse was more particular with hers which was a thin crust with mozzarella and hamburger. After going through the process which was going through a root canal it was confirmed. I picked the pizza up took it home and try got two of the three correct which they got my wifes wrong. I called them togive them a chancs to make it right after being in hold for twenty minutes the person that answered stated they would but I would have to go back there as they don't deliver even though they state they do. I won't go back there customer service 101 you keep the customer happy why should you inconvenience me for a mess up...

I don't know what happened to this place but it went downhill in a bad way!! They made a mistake with my order and long story short NATALIA proceeded to argue with me about their mistake! Needless to say my 9 year old daughter was very upset! But they couldn't have cared less!!! As I'm reading through the comments it seems they do this to everyone. All I can say is DO NOT TELL THEM THEY MADE A MISTAKE OR YOU WILL HAVE A PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE CHILD ARGUE WITH YOU THAT YOU ARE WRONG!!! AND SHE SEEMS TO BE A MANAGER???? AND YOU WONDER WHY THE YOUTH OF TODAY HAD NO RESPECT FOR ANYONE! SHE LAUGHED AND SAID CALL CORPORATE!!! I won't ever go back here!! If you want a real laugh try to return the food you paid for with your hard earned money to have a child get in your face with her disrespectful nastiness!! Dominoes made a mistake on my pizza and I spoke to them about it and they said I would have to wait 30mins to get another pizza and when I questioned them about it. The lady at the store yelled at me on the phone and hung up on my face. Absolutely ridiculous and no customer service at all this was April 2nd 2022 at 6:25pm Horrible service!

Another update. I called at 7:05p and never got my pizza and the guy that answered said because I gave an attitude they wanted me to go pick up the pizza. I find it funny because Dominoes wants my money, but when it comes to rectify the mistake they did, they won't. Then I got hung up on as well again!
