Pirate's Cove — Restaurant in Northbridge

Treats customers like they are stupid, went to get softserve later in the evening, was told "you need a minimum amount of softserve to mix into the flavour so we cant do that" more like you turned off the machine becouse you wanted to leave to get out even though you had a long line of paying customers. When I pressed about it you said "fine if you do two icecreams of the same flavour I can do it" I ordered icecream not the liquid soup we got. I have worked with soft serve machines before, you add the flavour BEFORE THE ICECREAM IS DISPENSED, NOT AFTER. Customers are not as stupid as you think. You would think after paying almost $10 for a icecream you would get what you want. Was out of every flavour, that yes you guessed it, took effort. Worse icecream we have ever had, ended up drinking a soupy liquid mess, and I live 1 mile down the road. I STRONGLY reccomend people do not support this place. IF YOU CAN NOT TAKE CARE OF YOUR LINE OF PAYING CUSTOMERS, YOU SHOULD FIX IT. Hire better staff. Not teen girls who are so busy chatting and putting on flipflops in the kitchen and talking about hurrying up and getting out. I'm sorry but my family will not be returning. I will no longer reccomend this place. I would rather drive to worcester or Millbury center for better icecream and freindlyer staff. If your thinking about stopping here, Dont. It's a waste of time, money and all you will end up with is a teenager telling you every flavour you want is unavailable becouse they turned the machine off a hour ago so they could leave early. We are so done...

First time there this year. Ordered ice cream. No soft serve available.2 sm cups, no more than 2/2 cup each.one with sprinkles. One was to the top of the cup and one was an inch higher. Since this privilege cost 8.91. I asked for a little more on the short one. Before 1 second went by, 2 hands came from behind the server and grabbed both cups. I said " wait leave the bigger one". No response. After a bit both reappeared. The smaller one was untouched and the regular one had some ice cream removed and sprinkles were a mess. She SD. " there, they both weigh what a sm should weigh". I was very angry and rightly so. Didn't say a thing because I m sure I would have been "canceled". I assume the ice cream that was removed was discarded...but since they way overvalue their ice cream, maybe the next person got it. NOT in any way how to run a business. I live in Uxbridge and will never return....

I come here quite a bit during the season and I usually like this place, but tonight was not a good experience at all. The wait was super long, my food and my families food was not good at all. I got the boneless chicken and man was it hard as a rock. I know this place has a letter hanging up for the reason why there could be a little bit of a wait but man come on. We've been here for over an hour and only 20 minutes of it was to eat. My woman and my son are still in line just to get ice cream lol. You don't friggin cook anything to get ice cream. So why is that line slower than the line that cooks stuff? That's...
