Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Northfield Township

Garbage in a box. Probably the biggest food ordering regret of our lives. The two pizzas and bread we ordered may have been the worst ever. There was more oil used under the pizzas than cheese on top of them. This made the pizzas completely inedible. What little we did eat resulted in stomach aches for both of us likely caused by the excessive oil. Add in the pizzas had been mashed into the lids of the boxes, likely by the two liter of soda ordered, that the peel and scrape process to get the stuff back onto the pizzas was a fun experience.

There are far better choices in the area around this Dominos. Do yourself a favor, order from or go to one of them. You'll be happier in the end.

Ordered on the app at 6, prepaid. At 7:15 started calling to check on the order; no answer. Got in the car and DROVE there. Was informed that they were busy but it would be in the oven soon. Stayed to do a pickup. Pizza came out but they refused to give it as they said I hadn't paid. It was prepaid but they cancelled it. Tried to pay. Computers didn't work. Stood in a tiny room with 20 heavily breathing people for two minutes while the pizza got cold. Walked out. Cannot understand why I couldn't just take the pizza I ordered and paid for and leave, especially when this was their mistake (clearly, the pizza was there and ready) and the fact that they made me stand there exposed to potential illness and harm for that amount of time was...

There was a special online only,1/2 off pizza, it wouldn't work on my phone. I call. Kid asks manager can they take order over the phone. NO! So I stop at my parents to use their computer, order still won't take. I call again, can you help me place this order, kid asks manager who gets on phone. "What do you want me to do, walk you through the order?" YES! I am a customer and I am having a hard time placing my order, YES! Either help me place the order or honor the discount on the phone. NO. I got off with him and ordered online through the same link at the other Domino's nearby. The order goes through...So perhaps there is a problem with his store online but there is definitely something wrong with...
