You know, I don’t usually like leaving reviews but this is ridiculous. I saw an ad on YouTube for a free pizza if you order delivery. I went to the website to put in an order for delivery and it said that my address was not in the service area even though it’s two blocks over from the store. So I called the store and I spoke to a very nice girl who told me that the address is in fact in the delivery area, but that their website glitches a lot of the time. OK that’s nobody’s fault, except they can probably afford to get their website fixed but they don’t (because I’ve used it before and it always glitches). I asked the girl if there’s a way that they can put the coupon in for me over the phone, seeing as how the website won’t allow me to put in my delivery address so I can’t get the coupon on the website, and she said that they can’t do it on their end (seems weird to me). So I downloaded the Domino’s app and then it finally recognized my address as being in the service area, after multiple tries, and then the coupon was not there that I saw the advertisement for online. I mean, come on Domino’s get it together. Like, do you want people to order from you and do you want people to be able to get the coupons that advertisements are out for? Fix your website and fix the app. I’m very certain that you have your own team of IT or tech people, or you have a company that works for Domino’s. Following the live tracking for delivery it took over 40 minutes to get my 80$ worth of food after it left the shop not when i ordered the food lets be clear I live on a home not apartment. I was told by delivery driver i was the last order to deliver on his route. I saw on the tracking app that he had stopped at a few apartments before me. I received the food cold and pizza soggy. I called management and complained. Manager on duty said he would refund my money within a couple days. Its been a couple weeks. I haven’t seen any credit on my checking account. I understand delivery delays. I used to be in the business. But why deliver mine last when it would have been faster and easier to drop off? Who knows. Manager lied to me as well. Read moreTerrible leadership at this location Jacob the general manager of this store was rude, arrogant and should not be in the business of customer service. I urge dominos to consider who they choose to lead their stores as I am positive they would be disgusted with how he spoke to us. An issue that arose because of his staff members became our problem and he refused to even listen to us and kept interrupting. When you chose a position in leadership you chose to deal with these issues. Clearly, he either has no leadership experience or training OR he’s just incompetent at his job. I would not recommend doing business here especially for large party’s as you’ll likely have to deal with him.
Jacob if you see this I urge you to consider a different career path that does not include customer service!
