After a long day of entertaining my toddlers, we decided to order a pizza on Saturday night. I ordered on the app, loaded up the kiddo and went to pick up the pizza from the drive through. Although the website said my order was complete and ready for pick up,the store couldn't find my order and said there was a problem with the server. No big deal, the workers asked me to come back in 15 minutes and it would be ready. I left and drove around and came back and waited in line 20 more minutes. After someone finally came to the window, they again couldn't find my pizza or ticket, but don't come back to the window to tell me so I waited another 15 minutes until someone came back to let me know that they couldn't find the pizza. As I had a screaming hungry toddler in the car, I asked for a refund. The guy at the window told me he had to get manager approval but I could place another order that would be ready in an hour and a half or he could cancel my order and make sure to "make it right' when they were less busy. I left details of my order number, name,phone number, etc. I then proceeded to take my kid elsewhere for food, money spent and well over an hour wasted.
I just checked, and have still not been refunded and cannot get through to the store via phone to discuss with management. Spent money and did not receive pizza. Staff was kind...
Read moreWe waited 3 hours, due to the fact that I spoke with a manager an hour and a half after we placed the order, who said another manager had just walked out and it would be about an hour and a half. I then called back another hour and a half later to inquire as to status and the girl who answered was incredibly rude and told me "there aren't enough ovens to just put yours in ahead of everyone else", so it would be at least another hour. It was then 9 pm. I wasn't even asking for her to put ours ahead of anyone, i just wanted a status. Due to her insanely passive aggressive awful attitude, and the amount of time we waited I asked for the order to be canceled and a credit to be placed on our account. The girl told me no, again with incredible attitude, which i thought was insane after we waited as long as we did and after she gave me the worst customer service I've ever received. In any case, don't order from this particular Dominos unless you'd like to wait all night and then be spoken to in an incredibly rude manner. Read moreI’m so tired of this dominos there very terrible, from the hours of 5pm to close they always mess up my order. I’m being to think there doing it on purpose. I ordered from them a lot I love pizza but these guys need help the pizza is very soggy. The ingredients I asked for wasn’t even added,then even if you ask for extra they don’t know how to add extra. The only time I receive my order correctly is when I order during the hours of 12pmto 4pm, but anything after that the pizzas are terrible. I have waited multiple times for them to remake my pizzas or I have to bring it back because it look’s terrible.
