I placed an order via email for a graduation cake as instructed by the company on their voice mail. I have not received any communication from the company. I sent two additional emails and left two additional voice mails. After my 3rd message, I attempted to call again, but their voicemail box was full.
At this point, I am unsure whether the business is closed or simply mismanaged. Unfortunately, this lack of response created significant stress and negatively impacted the graduation celebration we had planned.
If you are considering ordering a cake, I strongly recommend exploring other reputable bakeries in Tuscaloosa—such as Edgar’s—that have the staff and resources to manage customer orders reliably. I hope this situation is a case of poor customer service rather than a sign the business has closed entirely or bankrupt.
