Management was rude and playing/ laughing with the crew in the back. Placed our order for dine-in at 1:39pm and took them til 2:08pm to fix our order. Several people came in after us, placed their orders, got them, ate, left; we still waited. They kept saying they had to fix the chicken and it only takes 7 minutes to fry it by the way, we understood about being out of breasts and replacing that, but never once during out wait did the managers on duty check as to why we hadn't got our order or offer anything for us waiting so long. My order sat on the counter the entire time, getting cold while they waited on 4 tenders that were supposed to be spicy and weren't. We would say thank you to them, but they acted like they didn't want to be bothered and would look at us like we shouldn't have been there, not to mention they would walk off in a huff after us saying thank you. My husband had to stop and eat as his sugar was really low and we got treated like this. The only saving grace was the polite gentleman on the register who had a smile for everyone who came in. My husband and I both work fast food and know this isn't how you're supposed to treat customers. If you can go down to the KFC, they maybe a little slow but not nearly 30 minutes slow and you get...

I said now this is exactly why I stop coming here years ago, but I'm going to blame this on me, being I should have gave the product back after smelling something burnt coming from my bag. People all I'm saying is I know in the restaurant industry you guy's at times are exhausted, trust me I know,but I also know it takes 10 minutes to have a customer for life and 3 minutes too lose one forever. Now it's sad to say I live .05 minutes from you guy's, but I literally go all the way to five points just too eat bojangles. Read moreWell, 10 months ago I visited this restaurant and I was disappointed. today I went there and it has improved slightly. There were still employees standing around doing nothing in the background while I only a few words. My biscuits that I ate were extremely good so there's no problem with the food whatsoever and the lady at the front was a tentative to me as well. again again again I must complain about the restroom. This restroom in particular was horrible! It smells awful! It makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like and the sanitary conditions of it because of this nasty restroom. I hope the manager or possibly the owner will read this review! And I hope that not only will they read this review but that it would spur on them to clean the restroom!
